Today I received a bill from Health 1st that was three years old, I immediately contacted their…read moreoffice and was told that the bill had been generated from an audit covering the past four years. I explained that I never received any treatments that I had not immediately paid for. The gentleman seemed to ignore me in my stating that and only admitted to a typo in one of the charges, reducing the total bill by $28. I contacted a friend who is an accountant, he suggested getting bank statements covering the period of the treatments. I had to ask a favor of a friend who worked at that bank to retrieve three year old bank statements, because I no longer bank there, and it is not the bank's normal policy. After obtaining the statements, I was able to locate where I made the payments. I went into Health 1st and showed the doctor that I am correct in having a zero balance. He did apologize and explained there were clerical errors made. I was able to get a signature clearing me any debt. I'm disappointed in the threatening tone that the letter had, stating the debt needed settled within fifteen days before they would send it to collections. Attached was an old photocopy standard agreement between the office and I stating I would be financial responsible if there were any outstanding debts with my signature at the bottom, normal. But every part of the letter that spelled financial doom and gloom was highlighted. No courtesy call, no explanation, no mention of possible clerical errors until after the fact. I had to ask favors and jump through hoops to clear this up. My review is on the process the office staff took in addressing this issue. It could've been resolved without any threatening letters and demands of payment, (which I had paid) It's not normal for people to hold onto four years of bank statements, nor is it any banks policy to have them readily available in this sort of instance. Their actions could've easily resulted in damaging my credit if I had paid in cash and no longer had the receipts. A simple letter stating an audit had been conducted and there was no proof of payment recorded. Asking if I could and would be willing to assist in clearing up the matter would have been sufficient and satisfactory in getting the same outcome. This review does not cover my treatment provided by the doctor, in which I am satisfied.

Yet they only have record of two payments. I am appalled, disgusted and disappointed in this dr. They also claim their records of payments do not go back that far so they're unable to see what other payments I made. What kind of company is this??? They stated they would be sending me to collections next along with everyone else who they are trying to scam. I look forward to filing a police report against this company for fraud, which is what I'll be doing next. In response to Dr Booth - You need to speak to your bookkeeper because she did not say that. She said I have a balance and that if I cant show proof that I paid or pay then I will be sent to collections. Not once did she say it may be an error on your offices part. So now I have to take time out of my day to dig up old receipts and statements because your office doesn't keep track of payments they received?

I was in a car accident abt a month ago, i needed a chiropractor quick, but was also interested in…read moremassage therapy too. this place had both. : ) Since i hadn't been in an accident in over 15 years i thought going to the chiropractor meant a few adjustments, maybe a massage here and there and wah lah... I'm good as new! Nope! Four weeks later, i'm still here. They hve me on a 3 month treatment plan. I'm in phase 1 right now, that means i go in 3x a week for a month. *Warning! This phase is very "time consuming". It takes abt an hour and a half each appt. Even though your moving fast through all the depts: chiropractor/massage/physical therapy; it still takes time. So make sure to plan for it, otherwise you'll be stressed like i was. The massages are my favorite part, they have at least 8 different girls that work there. You can request your favorite ones as u get to know them. Even tho they say its a 30 min massage it works out to be more like a 20 min...by the time you walk to the room and get undressed, and later redressed, you've lose abt 10 mins. The check in procedure is completely computerized. First, you sign in, enter your password then sit down. The wait is no longer than 5 mins. The front desk girls are helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to speak up if u don't like something abt ur treatment, i did. They can make the change right then and there in your file. Mind you, it's a "team" of chiropractors that work on u, you don't necessarily get the same one every time. As time went on i began to like some better than others because of their technique or thoroughness. For example, some adjust you manually while others use a device. I've learned only to get a manual adjustment with the skilled chiropractors, and leave the "device" for the other ones. Overall, i'm very happy with my treatment. my pain level has decreased significantly, i went from a level 8 pain to a level 2 within a month. I'm hoping for complete recovery!

Was hoping that my extreme pain stemmed from me being out of whack. But alas! It's not that but a old case of an unjury that I sustained in HS FB at BHS and a recent cat accident in which a woman, loaded with her children ran a red light in which she T boned me. I believe this arthritis stemmed from those two incidents. So, I tried Dr Curt Collins and his staff at Envista Medical on 3900 Coffee Road. It was the best thing ever! I was treated like a king. I was referred to them by my ex girlfriend and she swore up and down about Dr Kwasman! But that's not all! Tony the Tiger greeted me at the entrance of the facility and escorted me back to an exam room. He was jovial, friendly, funny and very polite and professional! He made it very relaxing as well as humorous too! But there were others that took good care of me. They are Yahaira, Hugo, Manuela, Erika, Maritza, Yedi, Trinidad, Dr K and Dr. Collins. My experience with chiro's is not a good one. However, Dr Don from Templeton and Envista Medical is now my go to place to get my body back online and pain free! Please go see them and you'll be glad you did! Thanks everyone there for this really good experience! I highly recommend this Chiropractic Clinic to child and adults alike!
