She even took the time to engage in short text message conversations with us throughout our trip. When we came home, we were pleasantly surprised to see that she had cleaned up and organized all their toys and even swept up the excess litter around their litter boxes! Honestly, we never clean up their toys or sweep up around their litter boxes, so that was a very nice touch! She really has a way with animals, and even our grouchy, antisocial male cat was full of purrs and affection for her when she came by to return our keys. I can't think of a more kind and trustworthy person to care for our loved ones, and not only will I call her again when we take our next trip, but I'll recommend her to everyone else we know!

For the last 2 stays, they have "forgotten" to administer her eye medication. This is in spite of verbal and written instructions. Additionally, it has only been by happenstance that we discovered the repeated missed meds (incorrect charges on the receipt). As a result, our dog has trouble seeing and has great discomfort for days after the stay until her regiment is back on track. Giving feedback to the manager took 2 weeks, with multiple phone calls and voicemail messages. The manager promised this mistake would not happen again and they were implementing changes in their process. We gave them one more chance. Unfortunately, this EXACT scenario occurred during the second stay. Our dog went 4 days without the correct dosage of her medication. Her eyes were cloudy and obscured at pick up. We are supremely disappointed with the abysmal care they show to the vulnerable animals in their care. Your pet won't be able to tell you how they are (mis)treated during their stay. If you love your pet, don't leave them here.

I have that but it was done at a different place and had to be done with them another lady that worked there walked up I thought she was going to say something so I looked at her then the one last I was originally talking to looks at me and says why are you looking at her!! Her tone was appalling! So I put the sample into the garbage and then she had the nerve to tell me it's to be thrown in the trash outside! It was in a specimen cup and a bio bag! From the start, I was able to call a week in advance and get information, and when I realized I couldn't book online the day before, they were able to assist and get me in with no problem. Figuring we needed to get away from the smoke, we decided to drive out towards San Diego until the evacuation orders were lifted for our area. The owner, Graham called me to offer boarding for the next two nights at no charge to help us due to the fire. When we brought Sunny in that afternoon, they had already called our vet to verify his vaccinations and he was quickly checked in. The lady who checked him in advised that they would bathe him as well free of charge. I picked him up two days later and he was very happy to go home but we could tell he was well adjusted and well cared for. Thanks again!
