Finding a painting company in this town is not easy. I'm really glad that we found John "The…read moreGreek" Painting. In our home we have some high ceilings and we just felt it was best to hire a firm to take care of this. From the start, we had excellent service. I love that this is a family business and that they take pride in the work they do. Their rates were reasonable and well worth the quality and speed of service. Once we scheduled, the painters arrived promptly and were ready to work. They were respectful of our home and detailed in making sure our future was covered or moved as to not get damaged. Once they started, I was shocked at how fast they were at getting the job done and how well they did. Their fast work didn't sacrifice the quality which is in my opinion key. I couldn't be more happy with the results and would recommend them if you're in need of painting services.

RUN DON'T WALK! "Spray and go" is the best way I can describe our experience with this company…read more Their crew actually spray-painted over tape left on the wall after the color samples were removed. There was also significant overspray, and our gate was damaged. What's equally frustrating is their proposal. It seems to contain far more language covering legalities, exclusions, disclaimers, payment requirements, and protecting the contractor than ensuring the customer is protected through pricing transparency, accountability, and customer service. There is no meaningful unit pricing for additional work, which became a major issue when we were hit with an almost $8,000 change order with no receipts, no labor-hour breakdown, and no adequate backup supporting the cost. Ironically, their proposal specifically references "transparency." Our experience was anything but transparent. Between the sloppy workmanship, overspray, property damage, and lack of transparency on additional charges, I would absolutely not recommend this company.

The finished product came out terrific and I give credit to the painters and plasterer, however the person who brought it all together and worked with me from beginning to end was Andrew. His professionalism and integrity was noteworthy and so refreshing I would also add that his price was totally competitive and he gave me more than his competitors.

They arrive when they say they're gonna arrive, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they do it exceedingly well and stand behind it all the way. Their communication with customers is excellent. Reliable cleaned my roof and painted the exterior of my home, and all I could say is I'm very happy with all the work they've done for me. I only wish they did plumbing, electrical, and everything else because I would use them for everything! Reliable Pressure Cleaning and Paint has my highest recommendation!!!!!

The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!

Their workers were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Rich was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the remodel process as our floor install often interfered with the dry wall installation process. Our remodel included the complete demolition of walls and pillars which called for the matching of existing ceiling texture in those areas where the wall/pillar previously were. We R Drywall matched the existing ceiling texture perfectly. We are grateful for their work ethic and reliability. As a DIYer, I recommend this business to anyone looking to hire a contractor for drywall work. I attach some before and after photos of their work. Thanks again to Rich and his team! JMK Miami Contractor is simply an outstanding company. I bought a house in Coral Gables and…read moreimmediately started working on my plan to build an addition on my 8000 square feet property. The plan was to convert my 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom home. I'm so thankful for finding JMK. Prior to contracting them, I literally vetted 15+ contractors, automatically eliminating the ones that didn't show up to appointments. Then asked for references. With the references, I conducted an in person interview. Jess and Mehdi are extremely professional and personable. Their pricing is reasonable too. Most importantly I knew they'd deliver on the job. Although the city of Coral Gables has a complicated permitting process, JMK navigated that process smoothly and completed the addition without a single change order and in time. We're so happy about the end product and the finish. @JMK, I look forward to our next project. I have good plans ahead!

In mid-2023, we hired JMK Construction (the contractor) to perform structural repairs, painting,…read morebalcony waterproofing, and railing replacement. The balconies were waterproofed but not leveled as requested by the Board of Directors, and when it rains, large puddles of water accumulate throughout the whole balcony floor. When the board of directors brought this to the attention of JMK Construction, they said leveling the floor of the balconies was not included in the over $16,000 paid. New railings did not have proper screw holes made for cone head shaped screws. Half of railings boots do not fit. In December 2024, the railings failed inspection. At the end of March 2025 the Board informed Lanyon Heinemann, the responsible party at JMK Construction that if by May 1st the issues with the railings were not resolved, complaints would be filed against the licenses of JMK Construction and Construction Integrated Services, and that the board of directors would seek legal action against JMK Construction, who holds the signed contract with the board of directors. As of May 8th, 2025, well over a month after, the railings situation has not been resolved. The board contacted the City of Miami building department on 5/5/25 and was informed that the pending revisions have been approved since 4/17/25 and that a payment is due from the contractor and that the City of Miami building department notified the contractor via e-mail. More days have passed, and no one from JMK construction has checked on this issue, after so many complaints about the extreme delay of this job. The owners and board of directors of The Blue Condominium Association feel defrauded, abused, and ignored mainly by JMK Construction who holds the signed contract with the building for all the repairs, and also by Construction Integrated Services, a company with horrible reputation, who has repeatedly lied to and ignored messages from the board of directors.
