From signing up to bid, and asking questions about the auction terms, to receiving the invoice, making payment, and delivery of my items through the excellent UPS Store Pack and Ship facility in Hixson, TN where the auction house is located and they carefully take items to be shipped, it was a perfect, smooth transaction to get my figurines safely and swiftly from Tennessee to Southern California. I would buy again from this wonderful, professional auction house run by friendly and genuinely good people. Thank you!

The woman who "helped" us was the absolute rudest person I have almost ever interacted with. We…read morewere trying to sell some 90% silver coins (which they had bought some about a month before), we asked perfectly normal questions about silver prices and such, even just asked if she could weigh them and everything out of her mouth was in the rudest, arrogant, superior tone for absolutely no reason. She said no one would buy them right now, but gave us the names of two other shops. Empire and Vault. They were so much kinder, and we drove straight to Empire 12 minutes away who bought them immediately and treated us with kindness and respect, and had a much nicer and much more professional looking store with many more kind employees. So it's clear who we recommend and will be returning to. This woman has no business being in a customer-facing role if this is how she treats everyone.

I'm gonna scroll through the archives because they do maintain an archive of past sales which really only benefits them because they're not letting anybody know what they actually sold the items for. So the archive is useless for valuation purposes. But I find a Broyhill Emphasis piece. A line that's one of our personal favorites , and it has rather lengthy description accompanying it, explaining that "Emphasis" was inspired by Egyptian obelisks. Which is total malarkey!! ( lies made up to sell ) Really if you look at Broyhill's original brochures for Emphasis ( see photo ) they talk about the process of veneering being invented in Egypt, but they say nothing about design inspiration coming from Egypt. So if you have a company that's so casually going to lie about the small stuff what whoppers are they telling you about the big stuff? I wouldn't trust them. I bought another piece from them when they were in their Florida store and had to have it shipped only to find out that their restoration included a wood putty filled missing veneer spot that they didn't bother patching the veneer on. It cost me $200 to have the piece properly repaired. It was a $500 piece. And that was maybe about two years after they first opened in 2010. Jackie the owner is what the other one star reviewers say she is. Yes she's terribly condescending and she's rude. The review mentioning how she offered to reimburse a customer for their trouble and then told them two weeks later it wasn't gonna happen is dead on to that woman's personality. She tells them what they need to hear to get them off her back. Stay away from the shop online and certainly don't bother going to Chattanooga to see them in person.

I received one voice message from the repair man at their original location stating they received the wrong parts and had to reorder. I called the ladies back several times, they said they would call back when it was finished and never did. I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original damaged one. No one told me this was happening until I showed up one last time looking for it. The part could not be matched apparently, which is something I would have liked to know before it was installed. For the pleasure of being watchless, ill advised and informed, I was charged $80. Which the indifferent lady pointed out to me was a deal that didn't include labor. Terrible service, do not go here for anything! I've heard the Georgia store is much better, but this place is worthless.
