They are professional, punctual, and maintain a clean job site--which is rare to find. John is extremely respectful of the workspace, manages materials efficiently to avoid waste, and offers insightful suggestions whenever a challenge arises. We recently tackled a complex project: an old house with a collapsing roof. John and his team didn't just "patch" it; they rebuilt the entire structure, including all ceiling joists and rafters. Their expertise goes far beyond simple shingle work. They are great folks to work with, and they are the only call I make for my roofing needs.

The representative we communicated with told us times that were not accurate. There were interruptions during the process, and then reasons were given that had nothing to do with us or the integrity of the business. There has even been things after the fact that the representative said he would do that has not been done yet. So I know you may be reading this and think it is a horrible review. It is definitely not, but as a fellow business owner, I know how important communication and integrity is. So beyond that, this is a great company. I think the overall value was good as well.

So I talked to the people in the office and they paired me with someone. He found out what my timeline was and got me someone different. But they did it all and did it efficiently. Blake was the guy that came in to help. And he was fantastic. It was like he was the puzzle piece for our specific job.
