I've been collecting multiple estimates for a fairly extensive pool renovation--new Baja shelf,…read morecoping, pool deck, updated equipment, and re-plumbing, among other items. A trusted referral led me to Thomas Pools, and I was able to meet with Ron (their designer/sales consultant) the same day. Ron arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He struck a great balance between being friendly and efficient. He took detailed measurements and, unexpectedly, also proposed handling the hardscape, drainage, and retaining walls for both my backyard and front yard. His broader vision beyond just the pool really stood out. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the project and how quickly he sketched out the entire design by hand on the spot. It was an impressive first meeting and gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. I'll update this review with before-and-after photos if we move forward and the numbers align. Either way, they've been a pleasure to work with so far and are absolutely worth a call.

The entire team paid attention to every detail we asked for, and the final result exceeded all of our expectations. They were incredibly patient throughout the whole process and took the time to explain everything clearly so we always felt comfortable and informed. The project felt smooth from start to finish, and we always felt heard. A special thank you to Aaron from Thomas Pools, who made the entire experience so enjoyable. He was fantastic to work with and made the process fun and stress-free. We couldn't recommend Thomas Pools more and are so grateful for the amazing space they created for our family!

Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

Every time I call for help or service. The female that answers gives attitude and isn't helpful. She acts like you're interrupting her morning. Then says she'll call you right back then never does. Keep in mind. Even though your spa is under warranty. They charge a service fee of $200 to $300 to come out to your house and diagnose the warranty repair. So you're still out of pocket for warranty work. Would not recommend this company for anything. Shop where you'll get better service and a place that cares for its customers.

Simply Put: Avoid White Swan. They are scammers and liars. Aside from the fact that several…read moreemployees are borderline rude right from the start and act as though you are interfering with them watching their favorite TV show (read: annoyed that you ask questions), we extensively told everyone we spoke to there that we intended to place our hot tub at 105-106, before we purchased anything. No one told us this was not possible, and instead pumped us up that is was not an issue (it is in fact a Very Big Issue!). After installing the tub, we found out that the tub absolutely would not go above 104. This was not a small point for us and a very big part of our purchase decision, so for them to tell us "Sure! No Problem" again and again before the purchase was in fact a pile of Lies. When I later called them after the hot tub was installed to ask "how do we get it up to 105-106?" we were given a long list of absolute nonsense instructions that included - I kid you not - "Open up the circuitry and snip a certain wire - oh its easy - I just read about it - remove / install a certain resistor on your own (soldering??) - you can find directions on Reddit"... etc etc etc. All Lies, and most of these lies came from the owner Micah, who changed his story every time we spoke including "well I fully informed you that it could not be done (absolute BS - never happened)" and "well its a law in California to stop it at 104" - also 100% BS - there is No Such Law. I finally gave up and called other hot tub retailers to find out that due to manufacturers wanting the "UL" stamp on their products, they set it to 104 mainly due to hot tub installations in hotels and such where there is no way to know who is using it. One company - All American in Santa Clarita and SFV - sent a far more intelligent hot tub technician to our home where we discovered through his research and my own that the machinery inside the Artesian Spa was literally and permanently set to stop at 104, meaning 100% of the BS instructions from Micah etc were Never Going To Work even if I had been stupid enough to listen to his insane directions and - again no joke - start soldering resistors inside the machinery (No Effing Way I was ever going to do that). I had to call the machinery manufacturer to finally speak with someone who explained that the Artesian unit I bought from White Swan could only have the internal parts upgraded / swapped out (at additional expense of nearly $1000) to allow it to go past 104. I passed that info along to All American who promptly ordered me the parts and installed it. FYI, All American has a service fee of $125, as opposed to the White Swan service fee of $300 (big time rip off). This is all in addition to the original install including the White Swan tech leaving valves open so water was gushing inside the machinery upon first fill up. White Swan wanted to charge me $300 for them to "take a look" but I said F-No! and made it clear that this F-up was on them and they would fix it free. They capitulated and sent someone to close the valves that should have been closed on set up (we did not know about the valves). Their "Frog System" is also an expensive joke, with parts needing to be replaced often at a very high cost, and which you can only buy from their shop. It is no better than any other system, has more parts, has huge waste produced by these plastic capsules you constantly have to change, etc etc etc. Long story short I would never, ever recommend anyone ever buy anything from White Swan. We no longer even contact White Swan for hot tub issues and just go to the vastly more honest All American for all service matters who gets the job done fast and affordably. As I said in the start: Avoid White Swan completely.
