Some examples: he measured wrong my rectangle shaped house and was adamant the front of my house was longer than the back (see screenshots of the txt exchange) then he ran out of one color of materials to use on my house and started to have his guys install on the back side of the house using left over very small scrap pieces (pieces less than a foot long) normal gutter covering pieces I believe are 4'. I had him stop that and he told me he only had a different color (seen in photos as well) he tried to spray paint them to match in my yard no less, which yes will mow off, not a huge deal, but he left the job after all that spray paint and they are still different colors! Bottom line he didn't purchase enough to do my whole house and left them two different colors as shown. The other pics shown are of trash he left all over, not just drink bottles but cut metal pieces from installation. We had to have our AC repaired because trash fell down into the AC. If you have kids or dogs to plan around make sure you're okay with them working an 11-8:30 shift.. I asked them to stop several times as I was trying to put my kids to bed and they were still on the roof.

After two hail storms this past year, and dealing with contractors and repairmen, I am so happy to…read morewrite a glowing review for The Brothers That Just Do Gutters. I had previously hired a contractor that was supposed to be doing the roof, gutters, window wraps, air conditoner(s) and the basement window wells. This contractor did not do what he was supposed to do, he did the roof, took off the gutters and then. . .leaving me with no gutters and a wet basement because of it. In getting estimates for the gutters I had several well named contractors in the area and the prices were more than the roofing job. I then ran across The Brothers add on Facebook, and filled out their form for an estimate. When I was called to set up the appointment I advised them to not even waste theirs's or my time if the estimates was going to be $8-10K. I was told unless I had an unusually large house the estimate will be nowhere that large. Danny came out that evening, he did some measurements and delivered an estimate that was exponentially less than the others I had received before. I asked about the gutter guards, and he added those to the estimate as well. The total was still a quarter less than other estimates. I immediately wrote a deposit check. The scheduling was done, but had to be postponed due to supplies not coming in on time. The second reschedule was due to being behind on other jobs due to the materials not coming in, which was not a problem. They came out late morning, and the entire job was very professionally done by the end of the work day. In fact they were driving away as I turned the corner coming home from work. The gutters look very good, and the best part, the water is now channeled away from the house rather than running down the walls, so my basement is dry. I can't say enough in praises for the value, the professionalism, and the speed in which everything was done. When You have spent now almost a year dealing with insurance, and contractors (some less than honest) It is so refreshing that The Brothers are someone that can be trusted.

Our issue is not regarding our initial install, it is about service after the sale. We have a leak that we have been trying to get them to come out and repair. Originally was told a week and we would be called. Several weeks later, and several emails later, we still have a problem and there seems to be no sense of urgency to support and repair our issue. No communication and, at this point, it is clear we are being blown off and should get someone else. We cannot recommend Jayhawk Guttering as we feel support after the sale is more important that the original installation. Our recommendation is to go with a different company.
