Trees down, uprooted and structure damage all around lake including our home, with a tree uprooted and laying on the corner of our covered upper deck and roof. Called insurance, they referred us to Aspen. Dave Miller is our contract guy. Dave has been great. From checking immediately if we need tarped, to informing us each step of the way, getting bid, hiring contractors for roof and gutter. Meeting us evenings, and working weekends. Other neighbors have asked who we have hired...we appreciatively give out referrals. Thank you Aspen contracting and Dave Miller.

Some examples: he measured wrong my rectangle shaped house and was adamant the front of my house was longer than the back (see screenshots of the txt exchange) then he ran out of one color of materials to use on my house and started to have his guys install on the back side of the house using left over very small scrap pieces (pieces less than a foot long) normal gutter covering pieces I believe are 4'. I had him stop that and he told me he only had a different color (seen in photos as well) he tried to spray paint them to match in my yard no less, which yes will mow off, not a huge deal, but he left the job after all that spray paint and they are still different colors! Bottom line he didn't purchase enough to do my whole house and left them two different colors as shown. The other pics shown are of trash he left all over, not just drink bottles but cut metal pieces from installation. We had to have our AC repaired because trash fell down into the AC. If you have kids or dogs to plan around make sure you're okay with them working an 11-8:30 shift.. I asked them to stop several times as I was trying to put my kids to bed and they were still on the roof.

When I asked why, I was told that there was a 30% chance of rain... And that they had rescheduled someone else during my time slot! I am so disgusted!! Even more disturbing is that they called the day before seeing if I wanted to reschedule for over a week later due to the 50% chance of rain. Since I had set aside this time weeks prior, I decided to keep our scheduled appointment. But then they canceled for me. Was this their intention all along?
