We wanted to screen in a deck and we used Daryn and the Clearview team after seeing the options they offered. We chose the Eze-Breeze Vertical four track system with the Cabana four track door. Our deck had an angled stairway in the front corner leading off the deck where the door needed to go, which meant that the install wasn't a simple standard rectangle, so Daryn and his team had to get a little creative and customize the door installation... which they did. They also created some really nice side light panels to fill out the space where the door was installed. The Door is solid, not like a cheep screen door. We've had the completed sun/screen room now for the first full season and we couldn't be happier with the results. We use the space now from early spring, through late fall. We bought a portable ceramic space heater (spec'd for heating 1000' sq/ft) which easily heats the space when needed like when temps drop into the 50s and 40s. I built a screened-in-porch over 30 years ago. I wish the window/screen units sold by Clearview were available then. I purchased custom made storm windows at that time that I put in and took out each year. Thirty years later those storms (each a minimum of 60" by 60") are getting too heavy for a 75-year-old to heft around. The inserts I purchased from Clearview are perfect; I can open and close the vertical Mylar window sections with each whenever I want to. Is the rain coming from the North? Close the North-facing windows and still enjoy a dry porch as the rain comes down. Is it an unusually nice day in November? Open a few windows and enjoy the rare warmth in Fall. These units were a breeze to put in. Place them in the opening, confirm they are plumb and level, and screw them in place after putting a bead of caulk around the opening. Installed clearview windows last year. I ordered 9 windows about 30 inches wide by 6 foot tall. I suggest inspecting windows very well before installing a couple of the frames were slightly bent inward which caused them to grab the Vinyl of the upper window panel. I was able to straighten all but one panel. I called and a replacement widow panel was sent out without any issues. Windows were very easy to install mine were outside mounted. Just make sure your openings are square there's not much wiggle room for error. I did have a ripped screen that I noticed after the install but I felt it was too much trouble to report and figured I could just replace later on. We spend a lot of time on the deck now, before bugs would eat us up but no more. After a year they still work and look great. I would definitely recommend these windows to my friends. read more

I used Clearview for a mail order service for 12 windows and a door. I provided the size opening for the windows. We had multiple discussions to ensure we both agreed on the product and installation. They were very professional at all times and provided some hints and suggestion from their experience. After the order was placed there was a shipping issue where one item didn't make it to my house in North Carolina. I noted the discrepancy on the shipping invoice and contacted Clearview the next morning. They immediately started the process to send me the missing material and at no cost to me for the product or shipping. Today is the finish up day. Cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship on our 12 x 14 Sun Room. Our room is an open floor extension of our 22 foot living room (making it now a 34' foot living space ending in all glass. Dennis and Mike worked as a precision team resolving all issues that came up to develop this transition from living room to sun room. With an opening 108 inches wide leading into the sun room and glass on 3 sides required Mike's finish work to be the is the best I have seen. Dennis communicated every step of the way and sincerely listened to my questions and concerns. His attention to the smallest detail was impressive. I was driving Northbound on Rte 101 on Saturday Jan 18th at approx 10am when I encountered a Red Clearview Sunroom pickup truck traveling in the left passing lane. I was surprised when the driver hit his brakes for no apparent reason and then finally moved over to the right traveling lane. Once he was established in the right lane I proceeded to pass him in the left lane and noticed the driver giving me the middle finger? It's one thing for your driver to operate his vehicle in violation of NH Law but completely another to make obscene hand gestures in front of my 2 young children. I had a screened in porch where my furniture was getting destroyed from rain and snow, and got dirty all the time and covered with pollen. Daryn was very responsive and sent Jason to come up with a plan. They installed an EZE Breeze system, replaced a couple of windows, and did a couple of small jobs. The EZE Breeze system is excellent. it's been durable through all the storms we've had, allows me to use my porch more because of the greenhouse effect, and I can leave all my furniture out there. A neighbor had installed EZE Breeze windows in his sun room and when it came time to renovate my screen porch, I ordered from Clearview. Although I have not yet completed the full renovation, I have installed the windows and cabana door. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the product and ease of installation. There was a minor problem with factory assembly of the cabana door (lock side rail installed upside down) but Clearview responded quickly and gave me a simple infield fix. We purchased eight large vinyl windows from Clearview and installed them ourselves on our enclosed porch in Central Maine. What was a summer porch became a three season porch from that point on. The four tracks which allow opening them either from the top or the bottom is definitely a plus.
