Both he and his father, Sean Reimann, arrived the very next day to begin the job. In all the work took about 3 hours. Christopher and Sean were very professional throughout the entire process. They both went above and beyond - even doing last minute things that we had found after the original service request. He discussed the scope of what I wanted, and we made an appointment (within a week!) to meet so he could look at it in person. Again, when he came out, I got a really solid sense that this man knew what he was doing. He didn't radiate charm or try to impress me, and that impressed me. I asked why I should have the old tile replaced, rather than sealing the cracks with, say, caulk, and he explained the downside to that (cheap) solution. He explained in detail the steps that his workers would take to remove the old tile and then install new waterproof barrier and the new tile. He gave me options--did I want a niche? What kind of grout did I want to use? Did I want to replace the shower? And he talked about price. Then he went back to his office and sent me a statement of work for approval. Then he sent me a quote, with a reminder of the unknowns involved that could change the costs. He scheduled the job about two weeks out, and recommended The Tile Shop for tile. They were very helpful (see my review of The Tile Shop). His workers were very professional, and they even taped plastic over the open walls when they finished removing the tile, so we could use the tub over the weekend. The installation went well, especially as we had to wait a day for the plumber to install the new shower. By the end of the next week it was complete and the grout was curing. I am so happy with Durrant Services, I am having them do other repairs on my roof and siding as well.

Don came over in the evening, explained his process, asked more questions than any other contractor, and got to us pretty fast. He also showed up when he said he would as he made repeated effort to find the materials we needed. Reuben (tile specialist) also worked diligently during both the demolition of the old tile and the installation of the new. Great care was taken to minimize the dust during the demolition as they set up extensive plastic partition barriers throughout the work area, protecting furniture and appliances. They also removed and reinstalled all necessary appliances as well key plumbing fixtures. We are very pleased with the job done and the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

I had tile installed in my entire first floor + laminate wood on my staircase and upstairs hallway + laminate wood in our master bedroom. People often ask me for Trademark's info as they know how happy I was at the time of installation and continue to be years later. I know of at least three other people who also used Trademark via my recommendation and all were equally as happy. Even though I live out in Pflugerville, it wasn't an issue with the business being in Dripping Springs. I may do some more flooring in my girls' bedrooms in the future and I know for sure I will be calling Trademark Floors again when that time comes!
