They also cracked a tile, so the glass had to be removed, the tile repaired, then glass reinstalled. Before the full install, they had a piece of glass that didn't fit and had to reorder. I was told this was the fault of the glass production company they use.

The initial estimator indicated the attached shade did not need to be removed. When the crew arrived, they said they would need to remove the shade. I'm glad they did as there was pounding required for the window installation. David reinstalled the shade before they left however it fell down a day later. The shade is a "snap in" type which the crew was familiar with. After looking at it closely, one side was not snapped in completely. I think they should double check this kind of thing before leaving the job.
