I used the move out cleaning service while moving to another house. I was not there to inspect the work but trusted it got done. I was sent about 40 pictures of the house when completed and it looked good. Marco called several times to tell me how disgusting my house was, which I found to be rude. I was quoted 325 by Diana and when Marco took my credit card over the phone I was charge 399. Not a big deal though because I figured tax or something. About a week later I was charge 349.99 and cannot reach Marco on the phone, which is why I think he blocked my number. I had to report the fraud through the credit card and get a new card sent during the holidays. read more

First time using ClearPro forces, and they were great! Marco and Diana were super accommodating in Helping me clean my place last minute. They paid close attention to detail, dusted all corners, windowpanes, ceiling fans and light fixtures, and mopped and vacuumed. They were also quick and got my place sparkling in just a couple hours. I was not going to give a review but then thought it might warn someone else. The owner seemed nice and assured me that he was retired military and knew how to clean a home well. ClearPro Forces came over twice. The first time, I came home to a dirty dust cloth laying on my floor but thought no big deal human error. I was not overly impressed but did not want to take the time to find another company. The second time, I came home to another dirty cloth lying on my floor, my windows were streaked with some type of cleaner and there was a dry white wax over almost the entire front of my refrigerator which my husband and I had to literally scrub off. The final straw was realizing that there was an unauthorized rate increase from the first to the second visit. I signed for and paid the amount but it was raised without an explanation from the owner. I cancelled my service immediately and let the owner know why to include raising my total cost from the first to second "service" without ever discussing that with me. I have not received an explanation or apology. My best advice is to find a different service. read more
