I called and talk to the owner of Trujillo and he stated he only had the ball to clean out the air ducts and didn't use brushes to loosen all the tacked on debris. The owner, Mr. Trujillo, would not make things right, so we had to hire out to another out of town air duct cleaning service that showed me the before and after live view pictures.
