Staff repeatedly provided incorrect information and failed to answer questions. I can't imagine what it would be like dealing with them if it was anything complicated. Agree with other 1 star reviewers -- they're nice when you're buying but not great on the other end. Wendy McCracken below says I have already spoken to other staff. Yes I have, but no-one answered these questions: 1. Why was I repeatedly asked to fill out a proof of loss form, then suddenly didn't have to? 2. I understand other factors go into premium changes. I asked to know how my premiums would be affected by one factor only -- me accepting the amount I'm entitled to for the insurance deductible. That amount is ALREADY SET and won't change when the claim is finalized. So why can't it be calculated before a claim is made? 3. Why did Rahat say the insulation we ADDED (via special levy) we was just "repairs"? If your staff can't correctly interpret basic documents, I'm not confident you could manage a more complicated claim. I'm happy to change my review if these items are addressed. Thanks!

Initially he sat…read morewith my wife and I, listened to what we wanted, asked questions, and then came back to us later with options that were customised to our needs. My life policy ended up being more affordable and without the exclusions that I received a previous quote from someone else. Also, as my disability and life insurance needs have changed since taking my original policies and he has been great along the way in helping us adapt to our changing needs. Laurent has also been great at helping if Robert was away. Robert is professional, polite, on-point, timely, helpful, and never pushy.

He made reference to health plan charts, which he had forgotten to send prior to the meeting as preliminary reference for my options. Still, we went through the usual exploration questionnaire, through which he also took the opportunity to pitch other businesses I wasn't interested in. I had taken an hour of work for Health & Dental insurance. When the meeting ended, Laurent Munier had explained that: 1. He would send the health plan charts he'd to forgotten to send prior to meeting 2. He would send a personalized health plan according to what he had learned in the interview/meeting. 3. He would send a follow-up e-mail, as customary, with details for our next meeting. None of that happened. Still, I took the first step to send a follow-up e-mail the next day because the whole point of the meeting is of importance to me(health). No response. No one should have to chase someone around for service. Meeting with Laurent Munier was a waste of my time.
