Unfortunately, our biggest mistake when installing solar- we didn't add critter guards. We decided we needed to get our solar panels cleaned and see what was going on up there. My husband did his research, found Best Shine thru Yelp and he was interested in her service to reading the reviews from her previous customers. He spoke to Mara, the owner and we scheduled a consultation. Mara is super friendly and upfront- she came by showed us the mess on our roof. Gross! She got us in and scheduled for cleaning the following week. Mara and the gentleman helping her did a great job. They started the work on time as promised and finished within a few hours. The pictures below shows a before and after. They did an amazing job! Definitely will be calling her for our next cleaning. If you're looking for someone reliable and efficient, call Best Shine!

It's hard to find companies with this level of professionalism and consistency anymore. I will absolutely continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone needing pigeon removal services. Looked at my panels on Google Maps and gave me a quote based off of that with no dramatics or scummy sales tactics. In comparison ,earlier that day I had a pest company come out and do an in person quote and the original quote was for almost double price of what Barron's charged, then to "drop the price "gave us the military discount which still was way higher that Barron's and pretended to have "forgotten to add the netting" on the invoice , a $500 value we were getting for "free". Seriously go away. After all his mistakes and discounts Barrons still beat there price by $500 Today he came, completed the job, accompanied by pictures and wonderful cleaning of my panels and a life time warranty on the netting for the life of the company. Could not be more thrilled with the transparency, fair price, promptness, and quality of the job. 10 out of 10 all day long.

Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!
