The water pressure was less than a house hose and couldn't remove the bugs from the front of the truck...which was why I went there, as the rest of the truck was clean. Also, the card tap/timer is sketchy and doesn't give you a timed amount so you guess your vehicle will cost $10 to wash and that's what it charges you. If you don't use the full amount, too bad...that is what you got charged and will stay on and until the magical time runs out. I left there, even after using the brush, to find bugs still on the windshield and front of the truck. Definitely won't go back and I was surprised, since Hughes generally has decent car washes. I think this one is the lemon.

The last oil change I had was at another oil change provider and they did not place a sticker on my window. I was unsure of how long it was until I needed a service, so I came to Lube City. They were completely honest to me the two times I came and told me that I wasn't due for a service. Today, I had my vehicle serviced. They were nothing but helpful and friendly, without pushing me to buy extras I didn't need. The crew provided excellent customer service, while telling me everything they were doing to my vehicle, step by step. I will definitely be stopping by again when I am due for a service. There is a single entry door and inside there are 9-10 bays. Each of the wash bays are wide, and each bay has all the same equipment, wash wand, foam brush, dryer and vacuum. I have two gripes about Sparkle and one is not something they can control. This place is good and it's popular. Try going at peak times and you are definitely waiting. The other gripe is the price. Min $2 to start and that buys you 4 mins. Every dollar there after buys you 2 mins. If you have a large vehicle or it takes a while to clean, up go the mins and the dollars. To get a proper soap, foam brush, rinse, I'm usually in for $10-$14, and sometimes as high as $16, depending on my speed and the grime on my car. The nice thing, I've never stepped in some other cars slop. Keep up the cleanliness Sparkle, and I'll keep coming back.

A happy car = a happy Tineke!…read more I've now been to this Hughes location twice to wash and vacuum my van and I will definitely be back. There are tons of bays so it's not likely that you'll have to wait long, if at all, to get it. As I had Monday off I made my way over there mid day and discovered that over the lunch hour, it's pretty busy! However the line moved fast and even though there were probably eight cars ahead of me, I don't think I waited more than four minutes to get in. The retail is great. You can park your car and access the retail area from the washing bays, which is easy to find as it is really well signed. You have to use Hughes tokens, which you can buy in the retail area, along with anything you may need for your vehicle. They've also partnered with a second hand store to sell rags so you can dry off your vehicle (especially handy in the winter). Retail also includes lottery, snacks, etc. which you would find in any gas station (as you can also get your gas here). With the tokens I bought today I received a 5% off gas coupon. Everything you'd want to do to your car is here. I spent a lot of time vacuuming out and just gave her a quick rinse today but you have the foam brush, wax and more too. I appreciate the convenient garbage cans plus the mat racks so you can hang up your mats and wash them off. My only complaint is that I find the space a little dark and I wish it was a little brighter.
