we checked out 3 window cleaning companies and went with this one. the price was reasonable and they did an excellent job. Plus since there were 3 of them the job was done quickly. As they were cleaning we were impressed by how thoroughly they were cleaning so we also had them clean our solar panels- read more

We've been using Clearview Windows for the past 4 years, and I truly can't recommend them enough!!!! Christopher and his team are consistently professional, efficient, and kind - even with our crazy dog! They clean our tall Spanish-style windows, screens, and everything in between, and somehow finish the whole house in about an hour and a half every time!!! What really stands out is their consistency - same great service, same friendly faces, and our windows always sparkle when they leave. Clean windows honestly change everything, and their pricing has always been extremely reasonable (we compared a few companies before starting and they were the best value). They are a family-owned business, and they absolutely deserve your support!!! If you're considering having your windows done, give them a shot - I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

They were on time, extremely thorough, power washed everything, did my screens, wiped everything down after. Very, very good job.

We used Clearview Window Cleaning for our rental property in Del Mar. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. Not only did they clean the windows spotless, they were able to clean our solar panels as well. Like a one-stop-shop! :) read more

This family-owned business is great! Christopher, Kendall and the entire team go out of their way to make everything from scheduling to completing a job perfectly done every time as easy and reliable as possible. Highly recommend them and getting on a fixed, quarterly cleaning schedule as I did -- now I don't even have to remember to call them and I can relax knowing that my windows will always be clean! read more

We recently had "Clear View Window Cleaning" come and do a job for us. The group of 4 led by Kendall did a fantastic job!!! They worked in a streamlined fashion, quickly and efficiently cleaning my home, ADU and garage windows and screens!! The price was very reasonable and we were so happy with their work:)) They even cleaned two sets of interior French doors, ocean view deck glass, and other paned windows on doors for us without complaint! I would highly recommend them!!!! read more

Christopher was asked to clean our neighbor's windows and one of our other neighbors asked for a quote. He misunderstood which house it was and trespassed on our property without consent, leaving the gate open and causing our dogs to run into the street. For those with dogs, this is my worst nightmare. He left the side gate open of our neighbor's house as well so this was not a one-time mistake. Then he proceeded to back up into our mailbox, gets out of his car and props the mailbox up and drives away (all of this is on video). He doesn't say anything and five days later my husband discovers this on our google home video archive. When I called the business number I got Christopher senior (the father and business owner). I explained the situation to which I was met with defensiveness, threats, and yelling. In no way was I in the wrong in this situation. Trespassing, letting my dogs out, vandalizing my property and then not fessing up, these are not people I would invite into your neighborhood. I was expecting him to apologize profusely not to yell and threaten me. Incidentally when I read the rest of the reviews, there were 1 or 2 others who had the same experience with Christopher's yelling. I was scared and felt threatened and would tell anyone I know not to use them. read more

Denied that I said I'd pay what was appropriate .. he said He wanted full payment. Nope Christopher sent threatening messages .. had to notify the police ! Wouldn't use this company at all He told me he does all RSF house .. haha. This company is terrible and scary Christopher your response is a lie I posted many pictures of different windows Your job was terrible Your worker bled on my white comforter .. it was RED .. so it was new blood This company has no customer service when I called to tell you the situation you were rude You never tried to remedy the problem . You denied I had to call the police on your threat via text message The police opened a file because the threat warranted police action! As far as 4 guys coming Into my house I asked you when I made the appt I was looking for a family company with 1 to 2 workers. No way would I have a crew of 4 in my house during COVID19 You worker used my bathroom 5 min of being in my home without my knowledge. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! "Christopher" came to my house when only my wife was home and repeatedly made extremely sexually inappropriate and racist comments. He made me pay upfront and then cracked 2 of my windows and when confronted he told me to "go f$!k myself and laughed. My wife was very shaken up by the entire experience and I really hope no one has to go through what we have gone through. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. read more

We are a new customer to use Clear View. The team of 4 just left our home looking better than the day we bought it. Chris and his team worked with perfection cleaning windows, screens and doors inside and out. They were very respectful inside the house wearing booties and left no mess anywhere. Our home has 4 different kind of windows which they handled with ease. I am extremely pleased to recommend them to anyone who is a perfectionist like me. They are professional without question. read more

I highly recommend Christopher and Clear View. I was referred by a friend and she was over while Christopher and I were playing phone tag. She insisted he was very responsive and their service was great. I could not agree more. He was able to fit me in the following day. Normally I would have moved furniture away from windows but I didn't have time and the guys gently moved just enough to clean. Windows, sills, screens are perfect. There was also a small window accessible only from getting on roof, which they did no problem. I had another company clean and charge extra for mullions and refuse to do the roof access window. I was confused because there were other companies with similar names. Make sure you get the right one and ask for Christopher. read more

Ended up going with someone else for the window cleaning at my home, but this guy seemed rude. Can't comment on his work, but definitely on his attitude. I only asked once for a quote and he came back with attitude. Must be going through some personal problems I guess. Test this guy and see if he gives you attitude. Angry people suck. read more

Clear View Window Cleaning - Looks like someone had a bad day. Cheer up buddy, I only asked once for a quote. Manopause I guess. - Window Washing Near Me - Solana Beach , California

We called Chris for a move-out clean of our rental, which had allegedly been cleaned previously by the property management company. There are apparently other houses in our neighborhood as we can now see them through sparkling windows, clean screens and spotless tracks and sills. The crew were on time, polite and very efficient in doing a great job, for a great price - thanks guys! Very highly recommended. read more

Christopher has been cleaning my parents windows for many years. My dad passed away recently and my mom asked me to call Clear View Window Cleaning and schedule the cleaning. Christopher sent Kendall and the crew out to clean the windows inside and out, dust for cobwebs, and dust down the columns. They are a First Class operation and worked expertly and in unison. When they left, everything they touched gleamed. read more

Christopher and his crew arrived right on time and did an amazing job on all the windows on my house. I hadn't had the windows, screens and tracks cleaned in two years - I didn't think anyone would be able to get rid of the dirt and mineral deposits. Not only are the windows and screens spotless, but his crew completed the job in an hour! And I have a lot of windows and a tall second story on my house. I wish I had taken before and after photos, but I will be sure to use them again and will take before and after photos next time. Christopher and his crew are such nice guys, and do great work. I highly recommend them!!! read more

I had intended to write a review last time I used Clear View, as their service and quality is as good as it gets. Today they turned up and there was residue on our windows from a recent painting job. Instead of ignoring the problem, Christopher and his team worked with us to determine the best way to clean the residue off while also protecting the glass. The result is FANTASTIC - the windows sparkle like new. I only wish I could get this service and quality everywhere I go! read more

Christopher Borst, owner-operator of Clear View Window Cleaning for the past 30+ years, has it right when it comes to customer service and job quality. When I scheduled an appointment to have our windows washed, Christopher promised to be on time and to deliver the highest quality service. He and his Team did not disappoint. Christopher, Adam, and Allen arrived on time and immediately put on shoe booties before entering our home. Within an hour and a half, our 35 windows and 15 screens were spotless. The price Christopher quoted was very reasonable and it didn't change after he arrived at our home. There were no surprise additions. I will continue to hire Christopher for years to come. read more
