Christopher was asked to clean our neighbor's windows and one of our other neighbors asked for a quote. He misunderstood which house it was and trespassed on our property without consent, leaving the gate open and causing our dogs to run into the street. For those with dogs, this is my worst nightmare. He left the side gate open of our neighbor's house as well so this was not a one-time mistake. Then he proceeded to back up into our mailbox, gets out of his car and props the mailbox up and drives away (all of this is on video). He doesn't say anything and five days later my husband discovers this on our google home video archive. When I called the business number I got Christopher senior (the father and business owner). I explained the situation to which I was met with defensiveness, threats, and yelling. In no way was I in the wrong in this situation. Trespassing, letting my dogs out, vandalizing my property and then not fessing up, these are not people I would invite into your neighborhood. I was expecting him to apologize profusely not to yell and threaten me. Incidentally when I read the rest of the reviews, there were 1 or 2 others who had the same experience with Christopher's yelling. He made me pay upfront and then cracked 2 of my windows and when confronted he told me to "go f$!k myself and laughed. I highly recommend Christopher and Clear View. I was referred by a friend and she was over while Christopher and I were playing phone tag. She insisted he was very responsive and their service was great. I could not agree more. He was able to fit me in the following day. Normally I would have moved furniture away from windows but I didn't have time and the guys gently moved just enough to clean. Windows, sills, screens are perfect. There was also a small window accessible only from getting on roof, which they did no problem. I had another company clean and charge extra for mullions and refuse to do the roof access window.
