The person answering the phone ordered the correct window and got me into their Montpelier location within 48 hours. The technician was ready when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. He quickly got to work, showed me what was wrong with my car, and explained what was going to happen. I was out of there quickly and without any hidden costs or fees. While I hope I never need their services again, I would definitely use them if the opportunity presents itself.

I was told to expect to take an hour but they had the entire front windshield replaced within half an hour. The glass was attached, but needed some time to settle, but they gave the ok to drive home, but to just leave the windows cracked for a bit. They have reasonable pricing for the glass and labor and the employees were really nice. I'm a little sad though since I only had the new windshield installed for about 1.5 weeks, before a dang evil rock was sent flying by a truck and cracked the windshield again. I at least know I'll be returning to replace it when I have the funds to do so again.

When we responded confused in the difference and asked for clarification she snapped and responded extremely aggressively and told us she never said what she had and tried to gaslight us? It was very confusing and scary. I apologized for my confusion as I did not want to upset her any further and she continued to deny what she had said earlier. I would not recommend this business to anybody, but if you must go I would either record everything Laura says or get it in writing. And do NOT leave the building when your car is getting worked on even if they say it is okay to leave.

Vermont chooses to salt their roads with literal salt rocks- and at the end of 2019 my windshield…read morewas hit with a salt rock and left a little rock shaped dent. I thought that I would get it filled on my next day off but to my dismay it had cracked halfway across my windshield by the time I was out of work the next day. Turns out my insurance had an incredibly high deductible so I had to get it replaced with cash out of pocket. The folks here got me in quickly and were sympathetic to my plight but I had to get the windshield replaced before I could pass inspection in February. Fast forward to today (literally 6 weeks after getting my windshield replaced) another salt boulder hit my windshield and left a little crack. I called over to get a fill immediately as to not have to repeat the last expensive ordeal and they said come on over and we can fit you in! Turns out within the 4 minutes it took me to drive there, the crack spread (thanks, winter) and thus made it unable to fill. The man working the front desk was so nice and basically gave me a "pity discount" because he saw I had just gotten it replaced there and also mentioned if I paid in cash there is an additional discount on top of that knocking off a couple hundred from my total- which is amazing. This is the benefit of going to a Vermont owned and operated place over a large conglomerate is they understand and are willing to work with you. I wasn't just another car on a list, they were kind and understanding and I will always go to them for windshield needs. I can not suggest them more highly.
