We paid $1000 over for a 2261 sqft home which is a decent price. But I came to visit because it's my son birthday and I wanted to do some work on the house before I move here and I'm so confused on what I paid for? I'm a big person on cleaning and it should be done right I get that this is a big house but if your going to charge me a down payment for a car it should be done properly. My husband may have been satisfied because it was last minute but I'm sure as hell not! I very disappointed in the services. I wish I was here to help my husband when chose this cleaning service because I would've not let them leave my home without a proper inspection. This is disgusting.

This young woman without even flinching undertook one of the most difficult cleaning jobs that I've ever seen. She did it in such a way as to level up the living conditions of someone who was living just above what could only be described as squalor. My friend has suffered through a lot of traumatic events that made her incapable of taking on these tasks herself. The owner operator of picking up the pieces came in and absolutely brought my friend's home back to a livable space and then beyond to a level that could only be described as sparkle. in one day's time was as big age transformation as I've ever seen done ever. considering she was just one person she is a whirlwind of cleaning prowess. if you're questioning whether or not you need somebody like this in your life to help with somebody that you know is struggling The fact that you found this review means that you do me these services and if you're in need of these services you found the best possible solution. If it's you yourself that needs this help do not hesitate and stay strong and I promise you if you hire her for services you will begin the process of healing or at least be given the space in the opportunity to do so which without feeling overwhelmed so stay strong and do make that phone call. I would say even if you're on the other side of the country hire her pay her travel expenses give her a daily per diem and put her up in the nicest hotel there is cuz it is worth it. I have no doubt that is more people knew about her skills they would have her booked out for years in advance. Her rates are ridiculously reasonable considering what she's willing to take on so you should hire her soon because I can't imagine she will maintain these rates for long because the skill set is invaluable and she will be in such great demand honestly I can't believe there hasn't been a localized news story about what service she provides it's that incredible. I think her drive is more to help people than to make money but definitely respect her efforts because it's no small thing to do what she does.

Christina asked if it is okay to prepay for services and I did. I prepaid and then she texted she was running late. Then she was a no show and said she will give me an extra hour next job. Day of next job is scheduled and asked to prepay for the following week. I sent payment and again she is a no show. I requested refund on venmo and cashapp and sent her text and face book messages and she cancel refund request and has not replied to any of my messages. Four months later I am out $210 and she never showed up or refunded my money. If you choose to go with her- maybe don't pay until she arrives because I got ghosted and still no refund. App does not let me give 0 stars so 1 it is.

I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

I can honestly say that this was the best cleaning job I've ever had done, and I've had 7 other…read morecleaners here in the last several years (it is NOT easy to find a quality cleaner, my home/office requires a 'white-glove' clean as i have to keep it spotless for clients- Rosa and her daughters totally delivered and then some). Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?
