When you are a new client she sits down and has a one on one conversation about your goals and what you want to achieve; she also helps you find interventions that you can do at home yourself. Her care is very holistic and she doesn't believe in aggressive measures. She has a lot of products but she doesn't even pressure you to buy them at all. What a glorious 90 mins filled with different organic serums and creams (she explained them all as she went along and also gave me recommendations at the end) and pampering. The 90 mins also included scalp, hands and feet massage-- I definitely fell asleep at various times throughout the session. I left with radiant skin and some tips on how to combat this dry weather.
