I have to suspect that "John W." was way past empty and didn't know that most vehicles will hold up to a gallon and a half more than the "Advertised" capacity. Not only is it illegal for a station to overcharge, but it's also nearly impossible for them to do what this guy asserts. None the less, I will continue to shop all of the Mugg and Bopp's locations because of the people and service.

Basic car wash leaves streaks and spots from where the water shoots out in a circular pattern down the sides of the vehicle. Just today, I paid $12 at the gas station for the premium wash, typed in my code at the car wash, and received a basic wash! There was no way to go back and try to enter the code again, I just got stuck with the basic wash. It's so convenient, I wish they would upgrade the system.

Expensive for what you actually get…read more $1 for vacuums that don't run long enough to clean your whole car (and my car is not that dirty on the inside, just cleaning out your typical ground debris). $1.75 for 3 mins of pressure wash in the self serve bays. Can barely get the car soaped and cleaned. I got the $7 deluxe wash (most expensive they have) in their touch less automatic. It soaped the car, sprayed it off, ran one pass of wax and one spot free. And the dryers don't dry anything, just make noise and move some water around on the car. It's a nice place, looks new and it does everything you'd expect a carwash to do - but for what it costs vs. what you actually get is not worth it in my opinion.

I flooded it trying to start it in the 15-degree weather, called them back and they sent a truck right over for a jump start. I drove to their Michigan Ave shop and left it there a few hours. They checked everything out, got it road ready and had me on my way. Their crew is super helpful and professional. They've won my business from now on!
