If you leave a yelp review, you receive a nice note from "Jackie" with a request to send a PM with your specific concerns. Too bad Jackie doesn't exist and there is no information on how to PM anyone for actual assistance. $500+ a month for services is beyond ridiculous and you only get bots to "assist" in answering questions regarding the $500 bill and why $280 of it is all fees. Part of the issue is that they keep reservations am their walk in sign in sheet separate and don't tell people it's easier to reserve online as they prioritized people that reserved. We were the top of their list for 30 minutes and when I asked someone when that had reserved and just got serviced by an attendant, he said they reserved an hour beforehand... By the time we got up there, it took less than a minute for them to take our equipment back and then said we have to cancel the service ourselves which is why we came in to do in person. Absolutely unorganized, chaotic, and poorly managed. I will say, I've had better luck with coming in late in the evening on a weekday before, so maybe that's the way to go.
