They were able to complete the service within an hour. I'm glad Jesse reminded me about the potential issues if I had gone with Safelite's aftermarket windshield for my vehicle. I used Safelite on my previous vehicle many years ago, and you could tell it was an aftermarket windshield. I see now why it was affordable to pay cash without filing a claim. It was a Toyota Camry, so I didn't really care. Now that I have a luxury vehicle, you can't use aftermarket parts for everything. Thanks again to H&A for the excellent service. I will definitely recommend you if any of my friends or neighbors need their windshield replaced.

I didn't want to use Safelite due to bad reviews so I turned to other shops. I personally prefer mom and pop shops anyway! Jesse is soooo responsive with email and calls. I kid you not. Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

My front passenger window cracked and I wanted to get it fixed right away. I sent out a request…read morethrough Yelp, and Chris was the first to respond. He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).

Normally I would go for the quote that's somewhere in the middle, but something told me to give this guy my business and boy am I glad I did! I could not have been more pleased and it looks SOOO good! Even when it was raining cats & dogs, I have had ZERO issues with the work he did. Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!

But, due to a medical situation with a family member, they had to close early (ah, the bain of all small independent companies). But, something I can totally relate to. So, I went there this morning to pick it up. And, I must say, they did an excellent job. They were able to save the 2 convex mirrors, and the backboard. The main octagon-rectangle mirror had to be replaced. So, from the original assembly, he removed the convex mirrors; he removed, cut and replaced with a thicker main mirror; and he reassembled it to original specification. And, all for $30.00! Great work, at a awesome price! While I probably won't need their services again, they will be my first choice for any mirror, or glass work that I should need.
