I called and booked an appointment with them on a Friday. Three days before the scheduled appointment I get the reminder email saying that the arrival time will be 2:30. I email back to say I was originally told 12:30. They tell me the earliest they can be in my area is 2:30. I explain we will be leaving out of town and was told that we didn't have to be home for them to service my house. I then asked to reschedule to a different day because I want to be there when a company I've had no previous business with works on my house, especially if I'll be out of town in case something happens. So we reschedule. The day they are supposed to come out it's raining cats and dogs. I get a call from the company saying they will need to reschedule (which I completely understood and was expecting the call). When I asked when we could reschedule, guy I spoke with said he was driving around and would call me back later to set it up. 10 days later and still no call. They obviously don't want business.
