It is very comforting to have the owner of the business come out to do the survey on-site. John arrived on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and intelligent. He presents as a genuinely kind person, he appears to enjoy his work, and is good at engaging in "small talk." I felt free to ask any question regardless of how simple or complex. John completed the documents and presented them to me the next day, immediately after I paid for his services. The content is clear, thorough, concise, and academic. There are no opinions with the exception of value and he based his opinion on the facts of the most recent sales available to him. There were a few items on my boat that needed attention. John presented them in a non-judgmental way, and he helped me understand the best way to fix them. Overall, I'd say this experience exceeds expectations. Lighthouse has…read morelots of cabins, but the only ones I would consider staying in are the ones facing the lake. All the back cabins are quite crowded together. Very little room for privacy, if any at all. The cabins facing the lake are a little farther apart, and appear to be the nicer cabins. I was considering this place till I saw the prices per night. Quite a bit more than the other place I'm considering. The two cabins in the pictures are really nice, and definitely my favorites. But price matters. We'll see!

It's very peaceful, not a party place, with great views of the water if you're in an RV. We have a travel trailer and couldn't be happier with the set ups, the dump station is nice to have on site as well for departure. We did not expect, and really love their automated outreach when you're there checking in to make sure everything is ok, you can even order firewood, ice, s'mores kits, etc for reasonable prices. We've never had an issue and will continue to book here for many years to come.
