And while it's not as easy as building IKEA furniture, the system goes quickly once you get the rails installed. We recently worked with Saray Ortiz to retrofit one of our closets. We explained the modifications we wanted, they provided some feedback on what would work, we provided the measurements, and they crafted an order with every part needed to complete the retrofit. The retrofit went flawlessly and you would never have guessed the two parts were installed 10 years apart! I will continue to do business with them!

I made an appointment the previous week and received an email confirmation from the designer John after speaking with the office. The time was not my choice because it was smack in the middle of my day off killings my plans. I figured it would be worth it. They told me they mainly do Staten Island and New Jersey and ONLY do Bay Ridge in Brooklyn where I am. I waited and waited and after almost an hour and a half after the appointment time I decided to call their office and did not reach anyone. I left a message and called Johns cell. When I asked him where he is and why he didn't call me if he was going to be late his response was " Are you sure you have an appointment?" I replied that you sent me the email confirming it the day I spoke to the office. John asked me where I was and when I told him he replied "no I won't be able to get there. I said that's not right, I took off from work, I have been stuck home all day. He just said "sorry these things happen". I said REALLY??? When you're in business these things can't and don't happen. If for some strange reason they did then you make things right, you show empathy for you're customer, you call you're other appointments and try to work things out so you don't disappoint the customer you FORGOT!! Social Media can be a blessing or a curse. I am more upset about how he handled it. He expects to get paid for his...what about mine.
