Then you get a follow up call pretty instantly to book your free onsite consultation. The surprise and delight here is that after the in person walk through the quote tends to be lowered depending on how you've kept up the house. Move-in cleaning services: our first experience was for our brand new house cleaning and they showed up a few minutes late but called ahead to inform us. Vanessa was pleasant, paid attention to detail and was hardworking. I was a bit nervous for the other cleaner as he was more laid back and didn't seem to want to be there. Overall they did a decent job. Move out cleaning services: the deep clean that we got for our old place went above and beyond. The move in cleaning made me nervous and to be honest there wasn't much to clean. However my spouse supervised the clean and was so impressed with the level of cleaning that they did, he is recommending we book them for a quarterly deep clean. The house we lived in became almost brand new after the SBV services were done. They happened to deep clean in a house with no Airconditioner and during a heat wave with no complaints. The consensus was that each service would charge for a minimum of one hour, with several quoting $100 or thereabouts. $100!!! Per hour!!! For cleaning services!!! North shore's initial email response was prompt and polite, encouraging me to call to book an appointment. Their quote was fair and they were able to fit me in quickly, which I appreciated. I called and spoke with Vesna and her phone demeanor was just as good as by email.. We arranged for them to come by the next day, within a reasonable window of time as the cleaners were going to be making their way back from across the city. They did a good job and I would not hesitate to use their services once again.
