I hired her for cleaning several times, which was really thorough. Because of this, she offered a prepaid monthly cleaning package deal, which I accepted, and had done with her before. She has not come back to clean since April, nor has there been any communication regarding commitment to come back and clean. I still have two prepaid cleanings with her. She has not responded to my request for the refund of the remaining cleanings, nor confirmed with me to schedule a time where she can come complete them. Highly disappointing and I hope for a refund asap. read more

I had the pleasure of having Julianna come and literally give my house a true facelift. She has a knack for putting everything where it needs to be and makes it effortless to navigate and find everything when she leaves your home . she is what I call the goddess of organization. I recommend her highly. She has such a warm and friendly demeanor. Juliana has been maintenance cleaning our 2BR1BA rental monthly, typically completing in 2-3 hours with the caveat that we don't have her handle organizing or have any major messes. Before the initial appointment, Juliana provides a short intake form and a checklist of the scope of work. She has always been reasonable with estimations on how long specific requests take. Before, my feet would turn black just from walking around despite the move-in clean done by somebody else. After Juliana's first visit, she steam-mopped and that problem disappeared. Speaking perfect English, she's also addressed my other specific requests. Juliana is perfectly comfortable with our cat following her around as a cat owner herself. Moreover, she offers a linen wash + change service for an additional fee. Juliana keeps us informed about her arrival time or any need to reschedule. For us, she tends to arrive toward the later end of her estimated window. For COVID safety, Juliana is happy to wear a mask if you provide one. I'd recommend Juliana if you're looking for someone who is responsive and comfortable handling nuanced requests. read more

Juliana is amazing at what she does! She's very thorough, sweet, and always makes my home feel clean and relaxing. She is very communicative and sends me a reminder before she arrives and flexible if something comes up. I try not to change the date/time but I appreciate when she can accommodate my schedule and starts with asking if there's any area I want her to work on more than others! She's the best!! read more

I love love love Juliana. I've had my share of house cleaners, and she by far exceeded my expectations. First thing, she is reliable. Never once has she rescheduled or been late. I started Cleantopia to provide neighbors in my community consistent, dependable, & top quality cleaning in their homes—the type of cleaning that every family deserves! I had a business plan that involved personally training each cleaner to ensure my staff was able to deliver consistent, high quality service. They’re also background screened for your safety, and were a fully licensed and insured LLC I also wanted to offer cleaning to those who are simply wanting truly non toxic eco friendly green cleaning solutions. With hours of research and then practical application testing, I was able to clean an entire home with less than 5 everyday common household products. Of course, We can also use traditional store bought cleaning solutions at your residence. Every job is quality checked, & my cleaners are paid a competitive salary and trained to not cut corners.
