I usually never write reviews but since I had been given such a difficult time with this guy I am here writing. I called him to make an appointment to come for inspection for some retouches I wanted to get done in my house. He assured me he will meet me at the property the given day and time. When the day of the appointment arrived, he did not show up and also did not pick up my phone calls. Until 3 hours later when he called to apologize saying he was busy and that the next day he will for sure come . So I set up another appointment with him. Guess what happens the next day, a no show ! Again! He did not pick up my calls or have the courtesy to call me and cancel if he could not have been able to come. I am appalled that this guy wasted my time and gas, because I came all the way from Richmond to Coverdale where my new house is, that needs the painting done. He did this twice in a row. I will never recommend this guy or his company ever. I can not believe that people like him start businesses when they do not have the capability to carry out their services in a professional manner. Please think twice before hiring this guy. He is so unreliable.

My doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my lungs, so after considering my options, I decided to pay for an indoor air quality assessment. It's not cheap (~$525 for the comprehensive assessment, which is a little cheaper than competitors I found), but I thought it was well worth the cost. On the spot, Brian was able to confirm some big problems with the composition of my unit's air, and recommend some ways of improving it (e.g. lowering humidity + keeping bathroom fan running). After about 5 business days, I got a followup with all the numbers from the assessment, and a detailed followup of the recommendations he'd made in person. Since the inspection I've followed his advice, and my focus and energy at home have improved dramatically, and I can tell my lungs are much MUCH healthier.
