He's little more than a middleman who takes advantage of folks without the time to find an alternative. What sickens me the most is that he casts himself as someone who's only in it to help immigrants find their feet in the country. I'm appalled by what I've discovered and I'm loathe think on the many ways he exploits his employees. Avoid this place.

I called Allpro Carpet Cleaning and booked an appointment to have them see what they could do. The gentleman from Allpro arrived on time, was very friendly and seemed quite passionate about cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing my mattress. They had several service levels you could choose, from just a basic clean steam and extract, to a full featured sanitize. I opted for the full service as I really wanted to ensure a clean fresh mattress. He was finished in about 30 minutes at 3PM and I was sleeping on my dry & clean mattress by 11PM. After a couple days, I was still not satisfied with the smell of the mattress (it was a memory foam pillowtop which could easily hold on to stuff more than a traditional mattress & no one else in my house agreed that there was even a smell but I could smell it) so I called them back half expecting to have to fight to get them to return and work at it some more. Not only did they return within a couple days, they happily executed another more thorough clean and brought with them a special enzyme shampoo which effectively eliminated all odors. I can not recommend this company enough to someone who wants a real professional with a passion for clean. Allpro all the way!

Because I couldn't be present, I trusted them to deliver a professional deep clean. Instead, I walked into a space that was still visibly dirty, unhygienic, and nowhere near ready for living. Cabinets were full of grime and old food, countertops still greasy, the dishwasher door was coated in dried residue, and baseboards, drawers, and tiles were untouched. They tried to claim the job was "signed off" -- by my uncle, who was only there to let them in and not informed about what needed to be inspected. That excuse is as weak as the cleaning. When I contacted Richard, the owner, he admitted the job was substandard, offered me a measly $50 refund and a future discount, and promised to follow up via email -- which he never did. Total ghosting. I've since filed a complaint with my credit card provider and provided photo evidence. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is appalling. If you care about your time, money, or hygiene -- look elsewhere. This company clearly does not stand by its promises.

I did not get any confirmation of the appointment until they called me a day before. I again asked how much time would it normally take for cleaning fully and she mentioned it would be a minimum of 4 hrs and cannot confirm on the exact time needed. I was in assumption that they may take 4-6 hrs for the full cleaning as it is 2 BHK condo. I would never expect it would take more than that. However, there were two ladies came for cleaning. Both were untrained and non professionals. One lady was little aged in 40s and was cleaning and the other was jus in 20s and don't know what is cleaning. She was cleaning like as if playing. They started the cleaning at ~ 1.30 PM and ended up at around 8.45 PM. I could not stay in the unit as they were cleaning, instead I was in my friend's home jus 1km away. I visited the unit at around 5.30 pm to check out if the cleaning is completed (at this moment, its 8 work hours). But they were only done with 1 rest room, hall and 1 bedroom and the second rest room was in progress. Then I visited again at around 6.30 or 7 pm and found that they were only done with 2 rest rooms, hall and 2 bedrooms. I gave preference to start with Kitchen and Rest rooms but the kitchen was untouched until 7 pm. Then when I finally visited at around 8.45 pm they said they are done and the burner cook top (glass) was not at all cleaned. They said they do not have any cleaning liquid to clean the burner cook top. Finally they said they are done and asked me sign the closure form. I have complained that I am not satisfied with the cleaning time taken and kitchen cleaning to the call centre. Later when I spoke with the manager regarding the charge for the cleaning, he told me I will be charged for for the full amount for their work hours (15 work hours - CAD 932.25) which I feel is a non sense for a 2 BHK condo. I called and complained again and they didn't care much. They were also an hour late for the service. That I don't mind per se. I just wanted good service and a thorough job. Some of the items from the list was missed and not all the areas cleaned were as well cleaned as I would like. I ended up going over 90% of the space again. Maybe I have high standards. But since I'm moving into a new home and it's the first time I hired a cleaning company, of course my expectations are high. It wasn't even a very big home too (just a condo townhouse) and the place wasn't trashed, it was just dirty so I am surprised it took so long. I give them a 3 star instead of 2 star because I can tell they tried. They came from another job and it was late afternoon early evening already so they must have been tired. I figured for a really thorough job up to my kind of standard it would probably take 5-6 hours or so. I think they are more suitable for routine cleaning and may not be the best choice for move ins and outs.

I told them before they left that the stain was still there and the tech left some solution with me to use. He did not go over the stain again. The stain was still there the next day and I used the solution which made it much worse. I called the company back to ask if they would come out and re-do the stained area. I never heard back from them. I only called once. So I cleaned it myself with a scrubbing brush and store bought carpet cleaner. Looks fine now. But Royal should have come and done the stain again. Their prices are reasonable and the tech is pleasant but I wanted clean carpets. Not perfection, just a good job. Its not good to have a dissatisfied customer. I will not be using them again.
