From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing. On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs that, truthfully, weren't at all dirty and would have required expensive dry cleaning to protect the designer fabric. Richard and his colleague took their time, working assiduously to clean the stair carpets. I was and am simply delighted with their work and will certainly turn to them again, and recommend them, as well, if ever I or someone I know needs carpet cleaning.

Our entire experience with Cleanol was exceptional. Upon first contact with Cleanol, when inquiring about service, I felt assured that we were dealing with a company that is very experienced, honest and forthright. We were given an estimate over the phone based on information I provided and told that the service person would give us a firm quote upon arrival, at which point we could either proceed or send them away. The technician, Peter, arrived at the scheduled time, adjusted the quote fairly and proceeded to get to work. He could have easily declined the job but was compassionate about the situation and worked diligently to deal with the stains. I had to leave for an appointment and was not the least bit concerned about leaving Peter alone in the house while I was gone. I am truly grateful for the courtesy, compassion and professionalism with which we were treated. The obvious extra efforts taken in dealing with very old stains are much appreciated. Cleanol will be my first choice the next time I need carpet cleaning services.

They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there.
