After paying the initial deposit of $159 they told me they will be at my place on the 25th at 12pm...only for them to send me a message on the 25th of June that they can only come on the 26th of June btw 10am to 12pm....because I was expecting them I took a day off work.. this people didn't showed up i called severally to no response, I sent a text message no reply. I got a message from them around past 4pm that they will come by 7pm.....they eventually came by 7pm and all I can get for a $350 service is nothing but a bad job. The guy that came didn't worked up to 1 hour. I am deeply hurt this is a cleaning company I will never recommend to anybody. Please read reviews before paying for services.

Alex is a great person, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work and knows what he is doing. I love to support small businesses like this! The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They cover their feet and cleaned everything they used in the house...thanks guys! - alex was very thorough and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions my mom and I had. He suggested a yearly clean, will definitely be calling him back this summer to do my other sofa set! - so transparent in pricing, the couch had intricate folds but he pulled them right back and cleaned every inch of the couch and was true to pricing. They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

The deep red colours ran, the leather backing separated, the once beautiful rug ruined without the decency of a return phone call. There was no offer of compensation once it became clear that the rug could not be salvaged. I contacted Fresh and Clean many times in the past year, but still, no response from this shabby unprofessional. I will take legal action for compensation.
