I found this company because they had great Google reviews. However, my experience was quite the opposite. I am a professional cleaner myself and did not have the time to clean my moms place for my own bridal shower. So we hired miracle maids. The booking process was easy and seamless, and Mandy is truly awesome and helpful! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the owners of this company. Their team came out the first time, and performed a HORRIBLE job. They missed so many spots you almost couldn't tell they came out in the first place. Not to mention, they scratched our stove severely. So we called the next day (today), and they apologized and came out the same day. I was excited that at least it was going to be taken care of in time for the bridal shower. However, it wasn't. I wrote a very detailed and specific list of what was missed and the 'part owner' himself read the list. And then proceeded to do only about half of it. Maybe. Now my sisters also confirmed they talked about them the entire time in Spanish. Like did you not see our last name which is clearly Hispanic. I called the business to let them know how disappointing that was. And all I got was a run around, never taking responsibility for the damage done to the stove. Or the half donkey job done originally. They said "the time we spent there exceeded the amount you payed so". Meaning they're not going to fix or make it right. And I told her I would honestly be EMBARRASSED if this was my business. So I hope these photos help you to see the job they're actually capable of. Which is a four letter word that start with S and ends with T.

Pros: -Cleaned inside oven, fridge, and microwave well -Accommodated last minute ask of cleaning other rooms that were not accounted for during booking process Cons: -Team didn't speak English, so communication happened over phone through the owner. I think that having at least one person on site who speaks English would be helpful, so that homeowners can align on expectations with the team. -Online booking process had an asterisk * by "bedrooms" saying to include all rooms in this count. My husband missed this, so he didn't count his office and our detached ADU in the quote. When the owner told him this on the day of the cleaning, he told her to tell the team to prioritize deep cleaning the rest of the house that was in the quote thoroughly, and if there was time to do these other rooms, great, but if not, don't worry about it. As mentioned above, they accommodated all rooms, but we would have rather they were more thorough elsewhere. -This was supposedly a deep cleaning. However as shown in photos, baseboards weren't cleaned, air vents weren't dusted, photo frames on walls weren't dusted (many of which were eye level or could be reached by step ladder or standing on couch in socks), shelves in living room weren't dusted, windowsills weren't cleaned, bottom of fridge wasn't cleaned. These seem like pretty basic things to miss... -When my husband told the owner that we were disappointed by the "deep cleaning" that ended up only taking 3 women 2.5 hours and felt more like a basic cleaning (see photos below), the owner said the team would fix it "at the next cleaning." Next cleaning? We should NOT have to pay you more to fix YOUR mistake. Having worked in customer service for years, I can tell you that's NOT the way to gain customers and their trust. -We paid $570 for this deep cleaning, which feels like a total rip off; being a young family with two kids (including a brand new baby--that was the purpose of this cleaning), we wish we were offered at least a partial refund! As a contrast, we then hired a woman (who also owned her own company) who a different friend recommended, and for ~$200 less, she and her niece did an INCREDIBLE job deep cleaning our house for 4 hours--everything exceeded our expectations and they were so nice!
