They proceeded to say the mandatory "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" line and without my consent they shared my contact information with other businesses prior to the cancellation. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job! And I think I will give this service another try, at a future date.

But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. Seems like it must've been a fluke and the business owner wanted to make it right.

When compared to other companies, they were the most affordable. They are punctual, efficient and clean well. I've gotten the same cleaning team of two women and they are very kind and respectful. The owner seemed quite surprised because apparently the cleaners that came that day were the best they had so maybe it was an off day for them, but it really felt as if we didn't get a truly deep clean, we had requested the windows to be done initially and they also cleaned those as well. The real question is "would we use them again?" and I would say that the answer is that it depends on the price and the mutual understanding of what a deep clean entails. I think that what the service defines it as and what we have experienced before in getting a deep clean from other services were not aligned. two people cannot do a deep clean of a two bed two bath apartment in less than 4 hours, much as one would like to think it could. Things will be missed and customers will not be left satisfied. The reason I would say maybe it's because I did appreciate that the cleaning service owner contacted me directly and made amends the very next day, so it's clear they care, but I am unsure if they're expectations and ours are aligned.
