I had expected my flooring to be installed but due to a complication they had to come back on the same day as my cleaning was scheduled. Griselda and the ladies were very understanding and worked around them. They did a great job on the bathrooms. Would use their service again. Price was reasonable for all the work they did. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and took all the trash.

They were also kind enough to accommodate me at the last minute when the service I had booked originally did not show. Regarding the services they provided, I am completely blown away. Every basebold mold has been cleaned, every faucet looks like it has been polished, they even cleaned the cup in my bathroom that holds my toothpaste and brush!

Oh my goodness! These ladies are THE BEST. Hands down. No cap. My house has been slowly falling off…read morea cliff while I've been struggling at work and the kids have been going back to school. My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.

They particularly asked what kind of chemicals we prefer and we said whatever that can get the carpet cleaned. They then sent two cleaning ladies (who were late for half an hour). I gave them my phone number to call me once the place is done, but they never called and left with the door unlocked, carpet uncleaned, and various other places uncleaned. I then communicated with the manager, manager said they can't clean the carpet (which they agreed to at the first place and was the reason I hired them in the first place) and found another carpet cleaning company to do it, at extra $550. I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, which delayed our showing of the place by two days. After the second cleaning, I was going to pay them, they said they will take the $20 discount back because they came back finished the cleaning - not that I care $20 that much, with such service and all the time and efforts used to communicate with them and the delayed showing of my rental property, I would think taking back $20 discount at last minute is ridiculous, but I am exhausted communicating with them, will definitely not recommend them -- Follow up - They accused me lying on google review and try to twist what happened (go check it there if you want) and i have to paste the screenshots of the texts to prove I'm not, avoid this business
