If I could give Kristina a hundred stars, I definitely would... She exceeded my expectations and…read moreyou can tell that she really takes pride in her work. I'm in the process of moving into a new apartment..The previous tenants apparently had never heard of a mop or a broom or a vacuum or a duster....The place needed work. A lot of it. I called numerous cleaning companies, but on such short notice, none of them were able to see me for at least a week. I called Kristina, and even though she said she normally doesn't work Sundays, she scheduled me in for Sunday morning. This already made me so happy, because who wants to work a Sunday morning and on such short notice?? Fast forward to the final product-- WOW! It's like a new apartment. She walked me through and showed me what she cleaned...Things I didn't even know could be cleaned, were cleaned. She was so considerate and thorough, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She worked from 10am till almost 6pm..and her rates are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Kristina!! I will certainly use her in the future for all my household cleaning needs!

After some unlucky mixups (which she was quick to follow up about and address) she did a quick in-person assessment of mom's house and made an appointment to send three cleaners over for a whole house deep clean. This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.
