I had the water cut off because of if I did not it would be a week later, my mistake so I went a purchased 6 gals of water and asked if more was needed. The electricity was still on but she nor the one other person with her vaccumed the stairs nor cleaned or mopped the lower bathroom. Now she cleaned the kitchen fairly well and when I saw that I was fooled and pulled in but oh when I looked into the pantry never touched just as dirty as she found it. And as she was winding down to leave my son went in to check his room and he said both was done, now mind you it was dirty but she explained that he was still in there and she had moved on downstairs. My son had been out in his car for pretty close to a n hour when she finished the kitchen and living room , she still found no need to inform anyone of the foolishness that she was not returning. She cleaned the refrigerator and all the food was placed in a bag and say outside of the door and left with no word again. There is much more but I am tired of it all but needless to say I had call and get another company to come out and properly clean which meant I incurred addition cost. She has called and informed me I am late and have been charged a late fee because I did not pay the invoice..... IMAGE THAT!!!!! well lets see how this goes since I have pictures.. I hope this review does see the light of day.

With company coming over, I needed help. I asked for a quote via Yelp, and Madeline immediately responded. She met me at my place to see the " mess" and gave me a price. Very affordable!!! Within an hour, two ladies came over to clean my place from top to bottom. The ladies were so friendly and nice! Everything looks immaculate. The bedroom and nursery is cleaned, furniture dusted, linen changed, clothes folded, carpet vacuumed. The bathrooms looks great. My kitchen is spotless, and my living room and dining area is ready for company. I'm definitely utilizing this service again. As a matter of fact, I think I will make this a bi- weekly thing until our life is less hectic, and I'm able to be more active. This is probably the best money I've spent this year. So worth it!!!

Jump on, put 1200 sq ft move out, empty place but lots of dog hair, looking for a quote for Saturday. Right away, (10pm) I get a message, she'll do it, didn't even ask questions. I did get 2 more quotes the next morning. Didn't even bother reading, it's all or nothing here. There was a deposit required which is understandable, but it was less than half of what we ended up paying. Plus Madeleine uses Venmo. I did my research of course. Reviews on Yelp each about a month apart all 5 star and I'm sending money through Venmo, I had to be sure. Receive an actual message from Madeleine, she got it. She's has her own supplies and will see me 2:30 on Saturday. Saturday comes, it starts raining, movers are booked 12:30 -2:30. Tight schedule. I get a text, Madeleine conforming we're still on with the rain. Movers come, leave right at 2:30, Madeleine was there before that, told my wife how much to pay and boom. I didn't even need to be there. I get a text saying she's done, with a photo of where our key is. Got home and this place was rockin. I wish my wife would have taken a before photo. I know for sure with a dog, baby, and the stress of buying a house the place was full of dust, hair, nails, spills we said we'd clean later, and lord knows what else. It looked so good. Anyone with a dog knows hair is everywhere. I looked all along the baseboards and didn't see anything, they were no longer dark gray. Baseboards. Madeleine services our new home area, and we're definitely checking if a normal routine clean is something we can fit in our budget. She cleans Commercial and Residential and if you couldn't tell by the review I'm recommending her for any cleaning you need done. Although with all these 5 stars reviews she won't even need me recommending her. - Josh Thank you Madeleine, I wasn't counting on the review being this long, but you did an awesome job and quick communication was a bonus.
