Full Disclosure: Kristina is my sister. We have had our share of differences growing up, but the following is my complete and honest opinion of her work, as I know it to be true. I believe everyone should follow what they love and find a way to incorporate that, at least in part, into what they do as a career. This is why I highly encouraged her to start cleaning houses. For people like me, the absolute last thing in the world I'd want to do is clean, dust, mop, vacuum. However, for my sister, she finds joy in taking something dirty and making it sparkle. When we were kids and shopping with my mother, we'd realize she'd drift off only to find her a couple isles down folding all the clothes. At home, she'd take all the dishes out off the dishwasher to wash them by hand. She is fast, thorough and has received nothing but rave reviews from clients, family, friends and myself. While most cleaning services will casually wipe things down, miss spots and rush to leave, my sister thoroughly cleans every little crevice and nook with joy. She's even been found weeding a courtyard because she saw that it was something that needed to be done and would make such difference in the beauty of place. She takes stove and oven knobs off and cleans all those teeny spaces and scrubs things clean I never knew could be cleaned. If you're looking for someone who truly loves to clean and will treat your property with love, respect and take pride in making all those corners and crevices shine then I think you've found your person. I've moved now to California and while we had a two lady cleaning crew come out and clean once a month, it does not even compare to the cleaning I'd get if my sister were closer. For those in the New Orleans area looking for someone, ya'll are pretty darn lucky you've got someone like her in the area you can call to make your house shine!! If only California weren't so far from New Orleans... my ceiling fans are growing blankets and I'd pay more than her going rate because I already know the quality of clean I'd get if she were here. I know she'd love to come over with her basket of rags and supplies and make your world a little bit brighter. And I'd say, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone else like her! read more

OK so first, I have used a kazillion services of all kinds in my 56 years and have received lots of really good service in that time in most cases. Never however have I been compelled to write about the good or the bad of it until today. My mouth is still hanging open wide in amazement over the EXCEPTIONAL service, time, price and attention provided by Kristina Kleaning!!! I found the company on Yelp and choose to contact Kristina due to her good reviews, particularly the one written by her sister which fully disclosed their relationship and spoke of Kristina's genuine love for cleaning. My husband and I are selling our very large family home after living here for 16 years and we needed a good industrial cleaning before we put it on the market. I for one am a neat freak...often referred to as "Tidy Smurf" by my family... and I love to clean and live in clean clean clean spaces. I had a sense from the review that Kristina was a kindred spirit and could do this big job that I didn't have the time or energy for. Instead of a kindred spirit I have met my match in Kristina!!! She out cleans me by a mile and cleans things in ways I had never seen...like steam cleaning the grout between the tiles on my kitchen counter! Heretofore I have always used bleach but Kristina's method is better by leaps and bounds. As for the INSIDE of my stove top....it is 16 years old and now looks brand new!!! Not just wiped down and crumb-free but shiney bright...and again let me stress on the INSIDE...I mean seriously??!!! Needless to say the stovetop looks great as well. I mean who gets the grime out of the X on a tiny Phillips head screw on an appliance???? Kristina does! Not only was I impressed by Kristina's cleaning knowledge and abilities but also by her work ethic, her professionalism and her amiable personality and that of her crew. She kept in touch well about arrivals and departures, she didn't talk on the phone while working, she focused on each task in front of her and she really cared about her work and her client. Kristina is the total package! My real estate agent was equally impressed. So much so she gave Kristina HER card! My husband and I are so happy with Kristina and her work! We had never had someone come to clean our (not huge) half shotgun home but, since we are adopting, we wanted to get the place as clean as possible for our home inspections. With not a lot of time to spare, Kristina came in, made a quick assessment, and almost imminently got to work. Over the next three days, she worked SUPER HARD and got our house to a condition better than it had ever been in the 7 years we've lived there. We're proud to show the place off now and its all because of her. Plus, we just really liked her. Kristina is a sweetheart! She seemed as invested in our needs as we were and even took great care of our dog while we were at work. I moved into a new apartment that turned out to be FILTHY. I called Kristina in desperation, and she swooped in to save the day. She came right over to case the joint and give me a (totally reasonable) price. First thing Monday morning she showed up (with ALL her own gear, including things I'd never heard of-- Magic Erasers???) and got going. I came home that night AMAZED-- Kristina completely transformed my apartment. She took down all the blinds, cleaned the ceiling fans, scrubbed everything within an inch of its life, and even organized my Tupperware. Kristina is my guardian angel of cleanliness. If you want DETAILED cleaning look no further. Kristina and her team do a serious deep clean! Kristina and her helpers are outstanding. She did a fabulous job on a deep clean for us a few months ago, and it was unbelievable how amazing it turned out! She came and gave us a great estimate Of what we needed and followed through to the very end! She cleaned behind every corner, and even took the time to clean every single light fixture by taking them down individually instead of just wiping them down. She even showed us what products she used so we could keep it up ourselves. Don't waste your time with a major chain staffed by people who don't know what they're doing. My partner and I run a concierge (Crescent City Concierge) in New Orleans, and we recently hired Kristina to oversee a deep clean for a client. She was easy to coordinate with - both via text and email. She showed up right on time with all her equipment and got to work immediately. My goodness, I have never seen a crew of people work so hard, and do such a fantastic job. My daughter has one half of a very old shotgun house, and it needed some serious cleaning. Kristina even took down the curtains, and took them to a laundry mat to wash them. The floors, baseboards and walls were cleaned thoroughly.I am 59 years old, and was so impresses by this young woman. Also, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless!
