Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. I was quoted a little under $400 for a deep clean of a approx. 1,700 one story home that was fairly empty due to moving...which means they didn't have many surfaces to clean. After their 2 hours of cleaning nothing was done and they called requesting 2 more hours ($400 more dollars...TOTAL OF $800!). The workers were working slow as molasses. When my father talked to them they stated that they can only clean one room per hour. WTH? When I confronted the company about this they claimed the workers had bad English...no, they said what they said! EXPOSED! No wonder nothing was done, you are purposely working slow. Those rooms are tiny. I ended up playing for one extra hour. My total was close to $600 and the only thing that was clean was the two restrooms, kitchen, and small dining area. I...yes I had to clean the house myself because it was not vacuumed and baseboards and surfaces were still dirty in the areas they supposedly clean. Unless you want a thousand dollar bill for a house you will still have to clean yourself, I suggest you find a place that gives you full quotes before work and does not use a foot in the door approach.
