I used the word temporary at least 5x and each time she nodded and said no problem. When I picked up the outfit, I reminded her that I would be back in a couple of days to let out the seams again. She again said ok and smiled. When I brought it in this morning, she had no recollection of the temporary part and said she couldn't let it back out. I did not get angry but let her know that I was in a tough spot now. She said sorry and went to the next customer. I do not feel she handled it well, she did not offer any kind of compensation for the future and she didn't seem to care. It was very disappointing and disheartening.

I went on 12/29 and was charged an additional $35. I was told they only charged me for one zipper not 2. My receipt had $110 for the liner and hooks, $60 for the sewing of the zippers and $40 for the zippers. How does one zipper cost $40?? I paid $35, wasn't going to argue with them. Took my items to the car to look over and found they NEVER replaced the liner. I immediately went back inside with the coat and confronted them. He was quite surprised when I showed them. They knew what they did. He then only refunded me back $87. They are ripping people off and not honest about their fees. Very disappointed I paid $158 to have 2 zippers replaced and 3 hooks that I provided the materials for.

What a pain! You have to use your credit card to get their own wash credit card to use the…read moremachines. The machines are so tall that I couldn't see where I was pouring my detergent and fabric softener... so it actually went into the pre-wash cycle! Wasn't any room to fold as the employee was busy using the area and dryers. Now I have a small credit leftover on the card and that is annoying.
