Took my drapes to be dry cleaned. They were not ready when they said the would be ready for pick up. They told me to come back the next day. They were ready the next day. I took them home, put the pins in and only then saw that the front of the drapes were 3" shorter than the lining. They WASHED AND SHRUNK THEM. Took them back! They Straight up ruined my clothes. Please find someone else to use! They are super expensive too. The quality of work that they're putting out is horrible. I went back and they said they would fix it but It would be four days, I told them at this point I don't trust them. Gave me No refund. They were ok until there was a problem. I prepaid the $28 to have a linen tablecloth cleaned and pressed, it's their policy, so I was ok with it. The problem happened when I picked it up and noticed it was completely wrinkled. When I showed it to a guy I was directed to after coming back in 2 minutes after leaving, he denied anything being wrong, then accused me of wrinkling it myself. I asked to have it pressed again, and he answered saying he didn't like my attitude, they have plenty of customers and don't need people like me who complain, so don't come back anymore. I was shocked! Who speaks to people like that? I was so angry and hurt. Loosing the $28 was one thing, but being treated like that was just horrible. I've seen other reviews about Moon Cleaners from customers who had similar things happen. No business should ever treat people like that. read more

Such a pleasure to deal with! I had a stained chair cushion cover which I brought in along with the cushion. I was unable to get the cushion out of the cover as it was so tight, and the wonderful young woman working there laughingly helped me do it. A few days later when I came back to get it, we worked together, laughing again, to stuff the cushion back in the now clean cover. For her uncomplaining help and cheerful attitude, there is no question but what I will always take my dry cleaning there. I am so sorry I did not get her name, so that I could call out how great she was. Often, when does not encounter such pleasant people. I don't know if I would say she loves her job, but she certainly loves her clients. read more

They shrunk my clothes. Both my black dress and boyfriend's button up dress shirt were tighter and smaller when we got them back. I can no longer zip my dress all the way up because the turtle neck is too tight around my neck. My boyfriends dress shirt sleeves are short. Not sure what they did here but we won't be going back. read more

Excellent cleaner that does work on-site. They did a great job cleaning our sofa covers, at a reasonable price, and in just a few days.

I paid them $12.00 each to make two skirts the same length. Picked them up, came home to try them on, discovered they are different lengths. Go back to Moon and they say tough, I will need to pay them $25 to alter the one skirt to be the same length as the other. So they want me to pay them twice as much money to do what I already paid them to do. RIP OFF!! The man at Moon blamed it on the alteration person...ok, even if it is the fault of whomever that is in their shop that doesn't change the fact that I paid you $12/each skirt for them to be made the same and now one is longer and they say tough pay me $25 more just to make ONE skirt hem match the other...I ALREADY PAID YOU TOO DO THAT!!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM WITH ALTERATIONS!!!!!! Rip off!!!!!!! Liars. Untrustworthy. Don't care at all that they didn't give me what I paid them for. Terrible. Disgrace! read more

Well I took my husbands button shirts and a few of my blouses at Moon and I was informed by the women at the counter that I will need to unbutton all the shirts and then she will continue to take my shirts. At first I thought she was joking. But she stopped touching my shirts and stood there waiting for me to unbutton them. I have never experienced this. Absolute worst! Brought a pair of pants with a spot on the knee, when I picked the pants up it look like there were just pressed, the spot was the same as I brought it. I needed a few t-shirts to be shortened, asked numerous times if they have a t-shirt style sawing machine and if they can make the seam look like the original; even the manager confirmed that they do have that type of machine. When I picked up the shirts they have a crudely sawn seam with two stitches; I guess it was a pitiful attempt to make it look like the original seam. They used too thick needle and the t-shirt material was damaged in several places. When I ask the manager for a refund he informed me to read the small print on the back of the ticket that they are not responsible for any damages. read more

I have used Moon Cleaners for about a year now and their client service has been second to none. They do all of my alterations on slacks, shirts and blazers, and I have never been disappointed. Finding a business to hem jeans to look like an original hem has always been challenging, I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with their work. Once I took one of my wife's white blouses that got some chocolate syrup on it, I thought it was a throw-away. When I received it back it looked like new. I took one blouse and one winter jacket here a few weeks ago. The blouse had some white wine stains on it from a girl spilling on me at my high school reunion, and the jacket needed a pocket sewn where it had ripped. They did a great job sewing my jacket, and eventually did a great job getting the stains out of my blouse. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5, is because when I went to pick up the blouse the 1st time it didn't look as though any of the stains had been removed. But when I showed them that the stains were still there, they promptly told me they would clean it again free of charge and I could pick it up again in a couple days. When I picked it up again, the stains were gone. I was very happy with the service, and with their willingness to try cleaning my blouse again for free. Absolute worst!! Took a dress to dry clean and they called me to say the black on the dress bled. I took it to another cleaner who said they washed the dress not dry cleaned. Moon cleaners said they are not responsible and they offered a $10 credit. They ruined my Ann Taylor dress. Never go there!! read more

I was very disappointed with this cleaning service. I took a "fancy dress" to this business for cleaning. This dress had cap sleeves covered with sequins. When I picked it up approximately one third of the sequins were missing. When I showed this problem to the clerk, he said that the dress must have been like that when brought in. First, if that were so, I would not have had it cleaned. Second, if that were so, the clerk (same person) would have mentioned that to me. Some where in this shop is a collection of silver sequins and I have a ruined dress. There was no attempt to rectify this problem. Another example of not accepting responsibility. I will not use this cleaner in the future. read more
