I called Cleandustry, liked their quote and set a time for them to clean my house. They never came. I called and asked when they were coming and they said that due to a computer error they were booked all day and couldn't come. The person I spoke to said he would look into things and could probably arrange for them to come the next day. After that, nothing. No calls to reschedule, no return calls, nothing. Although they had great reviews, this is not the way to run a business. They waisted my time, they never showed up, they never attempted to make it right. I reached out to this "company" weeks in advance needing a whole home cleaning. They confirmed several times. The morning of the scheduled cleaning g they backed out due to the gas shortage that ended 2 days prior. Completely unreliable. I would not count on this company to honor appointments. read more
