In that time she has been very reliable, the only time she was not able to do a clean for me was when her father was sick, and she needed to go out of town to be with him. That was only one time and I not only supported that decision, but encouraged her to go. I have 87, 5 star reviews, and many of them mention how clean the house was. I see how hard she works and if it is not a turnover, will sometimes work to get my house clean. I cannot even imagine how difficult her job is. I know I would not want to have to clean two or three houses in one day and in the short time you often have between tenants. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but it is extremely hard to imagine she would be that different of a person from what my experience has been with her. I would be more than happy to talk with anyone who had any questions.
