We asked Joe to give us a quote on totally remodeling our kitchen and bath which involved removing all cabinets and appliances, putting in new floors in three rooms and a hall, removing popcorn ceiling, installing cabinets, new appliances and a tile backsplash. He removed a laundry closet and pantry and built a new laundry/storage closet in a different location and handcrafted double bypass barn doors. Joe came when he said he would, gave a quick and accurate written quote and let us know when he was available. Joe is the best! My husband and I are total dunces when it comes to home stuff. Joe came over to hang some pictures, a knife rack, and mount some dresser mirrors. My method of picture hanging: pound nail in wall, bend nail if it's not right, hang picture and live with it. Joe's (sort of): measure, size up where the picture will go, do some more measuring, use a level, use a drill, use two screws, use a level AFTER hanging picture (brilliant!). Joe was able to offer aesthetic tips on where/how to hang things too! My walls look great and it's nice to have my art up. I had a DIY project lying around too, and he gave me great guidance on how to proceed! Best of all, Joe is a personable guy and you don't feel like you've got a gruff stranger in your home.
