He was responsible for maintaining a 5 bedroom house on a weekly basis, reporting any problems with public services (water, electricity, gas), make repairs such as replacing parts in windows, repairing damage to wood deck, installing light fixtures, replacing plumbing fixtures, removing wall paper and painting, meeting tradesmen to install carpet, tile and appliances, supervise clean up after major remodel, hire gardeners, bring in cleaners to show the house. Made an appointment to get an estimate on some ceiling repair. Waited around all day on the…read morescheduled day of the appointment. No one ever showed. Called to find out what happened and was told Lee would call us back. Never got a call back. We called one more time and again was told we would be called back by Lee. Again no call. Meanwhile the condition of our ceiling is getting worse and worse and may now require additional repairs. Poor service. Can't trust them to do quality work if they can't even get it together to show up for the estimate.
