Idalia and her staff are amazing! I sought out a new cleaning service on Yelp and she was one of…read morethe first to respond and schedule a free estimate. Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort. I have a 3 story home and in four hours they touched everything leaving my home fresh and comfortable. With another service I felt as though I had to constantly ask for basic things to be done. Not with Segovia! Of course I scheduled for my next cleaning and hope to be on a schedule going forward. I so appreciate Idalia's professionalism but the cherry on top is how she shared her story and passion for what she does. It definitely shows. I'm happy to support a local and woman owned business. I highly recommend Segovia Cleaning!!

I only had to tell him once about the things that were most important to us. Mom's blind so it is essential that things are put back in the same places and that nothing is left out on the floor. I hate to say it, but our place was just a mess! He comes twice a month and the house has never looked better. Most importantly though, we trust him. If we weren't home, we would be fine with him starting without us. Or, finishing if we had an appointment. He always arrives promptly. The one time he was delayed, he called to let us know that he was running late (it was only ten minutes). I'm probably crazy to write this review. He'll soon be too busy to fit us in!
