There was a test to run on the dryer to make sure there was no blockage, which at first showed 80% blockage, but after he cleaned it, it showed no blockage at all. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.

The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. Stay away at all costs - they caused 5 figures of damage to my house and ghosted me. We paid cash…read moreso have no recourse. The manager Jared is evil, evil, evil. I paid a ton of money for them to come clean my carpets and clean my vents. The techs dumped so much water on the carpets that the entire second floor smelled like dead animals and water ended up leaking into the first floor, causing enough damage that I have to redo my dining room. They also ruined a piece of furniture that was nailed into the wall when they pulled it away to clean the vent behind it. We saw them do it and called them out on it, and the company later refused to pay for the broken furniture. I didn't see that coming for a company with so many good reviews. Lot of excuses on the water damage - they blamed the water damage on the roof, so I had a roofer come check out the roof who said it wasn't the roof. They blamed it on the HVAC so I had an HVAC tech come check out the HVAC unit who said it wasn't the hvac unit. They had a water specialist come who said he couldn't say with certainty that it was from the carpet cleaning, but it could have been from the carpets. When we spoke to the water damage specialist, he said it likely came from the carpet cleaning. So unprofessional. They have completely ghosted us. I've called and texted Jared multiple times asking for him to connect me with the owner, and he ignores me. Complete ghosting. My bad for trusting these scam artists with my house. In response to Bills response below - I have an email chain asking for the photos where Jared says no. The report also was done several days after the damage was done and we had dehumidifiers and fans going full time to dry the carpet. Additionally, the report says the water damage was from a, " isolated water event rather than an active exterior or plumbing leak." We had our home inspection Wednesday and there was no water damage going down the wall into the dining room. Your team came Thursday. Then the damage was visible...
