They arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough cleaning everything from top to bottom. They got stains out of my oven I assumed would be there till the end of time. We have a decent amount of clutter and my one concern was that items would be misplaced or put somewhere I wouldn't be able to find them, but that wasn't an issue at all, they cleaned around our little piles of stuff and even made them easier for me to organize. I think Adriana's rates are more than fair considering the quality of work. No doubt I will be calling them again in the near future.

What felt overwhelming to me, she handled with total confidence and zero judgment. The before and after? Night and day. We not only have a beautifully organized, functional space but we actually have more open space than before. I didn't think that was possible! Everything has a home now, and I can actually find things. If you're on the fence, stop overthinking it (I say that with love). Book it. You deserve a space that works for you, not against you. Kielyn and her team are the real deal. 10/10, no notes!

I was blessed the day I found Sandi! She offers so much more than assistance organizing. I felt she…read morewas exceptionally able to understand what I needed to help get my home, garage, papers and belongings under control. Sandi is warm, caring, talented and just a wonderful person. I trust her implicitly. She is flexible and intuitively knows how to work with her various types of clients. I got maximum value from Sandi as she is a decluttering expert. She assisted with volumes of papers in many, many rooms and a systematic process for filing. She listened to what things impacted my decision making and worked with me. My project was not just my home but we had my in-laws stuff for over a decade, lots of stuff from my mom and sister's households as they had recently passed away in addition to vast amounts of stuff I saved from my 3 adult children. We are just about finished with my project. I feel happier, unburdened and am never ashamed to have anyone visit my home anymore. Sandi taught me the silks I needed to maintain her systems and reinforced my progress. I'm cured and no longer a clutter bug. I have so much more free time now that I am not searching for everything all the time. No person has ever helped me more in moving forward to a better life! If you hire Sandi you will be so fortunate! I made a promise to myself that I would never burden my children with a house full of unnecessary stuff like so many have done to me. And it feels awesome! All thanks to Sandi! she is the best!

We scheduled the date to do the hard work. I was able to help with the process as much or as little as I wanted to. We went through all of my papers, getting rid of a lot and organizing the rest. Not only did we get the room organized, she also set up a system for it to stay that way, a system I am following. I highly recommend Sandi. I look forward to having her return to work on the next room.

She was supposed to clean our floors, bathroom, & kitchen (my friend recommended her until the couch ordeal but we had already hired her). She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). When we called her out She swore at my husband over text messages for multiple days on end. If you want a pee smelling kitchen Cozy's is your place! I was having a big family gathering at my house and knew I'd have visitors in all parts of my home. After initial contact and a quick review of my needs, NEAT created a plan of attack for our large storage area, helped me find organizational pieces for my finished basement, and planned to have all of the boxes, crates, baskets and labeling supplies when she arrived at my home. I would normally try to tackle this project on my own, but with working full time and trying to plan a family reunion, I didn't have the time or the interest in organizing an entire level in my home. One of the best parts of NEAT is that I immediately trusted the organizer and knew my house was in good hands. I was able to go about my day and the organizer took charge of the task at hand. The results of Neat Method has transformed our new home into a cozy, organized place and we are thrilled. Make the investment with Neat Method and let them get you organized.
