Edited 4/18 I was planning to move in here this summer and…read morehad already paid their astronomically high application fee. Out of nowhere, the underwriter- that's right, they have an out of state management team you'll have to deal with- called me to inform me I would have to pay a higher security deposit than I'd been told when I initially applied UNLESS I could prove I'd never been late on a rent payment or fined at my current apartment. I never have, so I gave the underwriter permission to contact the complex. She proceeded to tell me all of the phone numbers and email addresses I'd given for contact information were invalid and didn't work. Not only do I use those every week, I tried them myself after being told so. They worked fine. She said there was no answering machine- there was. She said the email addresses were invalid- they weren't. She then threatened me with a date, and said if I wasn't able to prove this by connecting her with my current complex's management by that date I would have no choice but to pay the higher security deposit. In short, she blatantly lied to me. Talk about a scam. I advise you to look elsewhere. Laura was a big help. She refunded my money and apologized. She is helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thank you to her for assisting me in cleaning up this mess.

I am finally free from this hell-hole…read more I could write an 800-page manifesto about how awful this apartment complex is. Here are the nightmarish highlights: The clubhouse/gym/racquetball court flooded. Burst pipe. No fault of the tenants. All of it remained closed for over a year. These are part of the amenities you are paying for. We continued to pay full price for these amenities that entire time regardless of the fact they were unavailable to the tenants. We approached about this, management and the corporate office basically said, "Too bad." The elevator in my building was out of service for over 8 months. Senior citizens and people with disabilities suffered greatly. When approached about this, management and the corporate office basically said, "Too bad." When the elevators were finally being repaired, I talked with the maintenance crew, they said this was a futile repair since the elevator shaft was literally sinking into the swamp that surrounds this property. When approached about this, management and the corporate office said, "There's nothing in your lease that guarantees use of an elevator." The outdoor parking lots were littered with potholes. Potholes that were grounding out cars. Potholes that people were falling into and injuring themselves, including me. When approached about this in March, 2025, corporate responded to my complaint saying scheduling is a problem and it will be addressed in June." After YEARS of these potholes, it took them over 4 months in 2025 to address the issue. And then when it finally happened, they only fixed half of the parking lot in need of repair. On a Friday night when I arrived home from work, there was spilled food/vomit in the lobby area of my building just outside the elevator. That spilled food/vomit stayed in the same spot until the following Monday afternoon. All the while, the property managers were bringing potential tenants into the building without cleaning anything. This was not an isolated incident; this kind of mess was present in the lobby more often than not and remained there for days. The front door to the building was broken at one point and did not close and remained that way for three weeks. The interior security lock for the building was malfunctioning at least once per month and remained faulty for days at a time allowing anyone off the street to enter the building at any time. The complex does not address noise complaints whatsoever and instructs you to call the police. Delivery packages were routinely stolen and even when they finally secured the package room, that lock remained faulty for several weeks allowing anyone off the street to simply walk in and walk away with packages. The parking garage in my building had massive leaking for months which resulted in mold and a smell which forced you to sprint to your car because of the fumes. Pool rules are not enforced and twice during my tenure in this complex my hope for a quiet swim at night was foiled because of floating diapers in the pool. Management is continually putting up signs for new rules with threats of fines. Avoid this apartment complex. (I fully expect regional managers or the corporate office itself to respond to this review by maligning me in any way they can. Regional managers and the corporate office staff are rude and insulting and have actual disdain for all their tenants. They will take no responsibility, and they will make no improvements. Watch.)
