He took thorough pictures and notes on the issues and encouraged me to reach out to the roofers we used over the summer. Just after he left, Luke sent me a quote including his detailed recommendations and pictures/video/observations. I felt respected, heard, and he not only quoted me, but offered to help me navigate next steps with the roofers who need to fix said problems. Because of his professionalism and kindness, I would absolutely recommend him to others and will keep this company in mind for any other needs. If our roofers refuse to complete the job and repair said issues, we will absolutely use QF&CS. I wish I would've had them do this originally!

Charged $704 and no cleaning. I was suspicious so i called our builder who recommended another company. As the other reviews on this page note, i was told by the 2nd company there was no damage and no need for any relining. To add insult to inury they tried to tell me that "relining" isnt as good as replacing the "whole chimney" for $35,000. The 2nd company said that there was no need for any repair but if there were, a relining was about $1,600. This is fraud. And if they say we aren't listed as a customer as apparently they do, I will post the invoice and the charge. Beware.

Of course, when I insisted I just needed prices, she kindly moved on: There's a "service-call fee" of $312, after which they'll discuss pricing and then you get to decide what to do. Yikes! I pay you $312 just to find out what the real quote will be while you're standing in my driveway? This was obviously an easy decision. All total they spent about an hour reviewing the job, walking the roof and explaining what needed to be done. Not only did I need a new roof but I needed to have my chimney enclosure rebuilt. The roof was over 28 year old, the original roof. We agreed, on a price and set a date. The crew arrived on schedule and like a well deciplined military unit every man went into action drapping the house, setting up ladders and getting to work stripping the roof. They began work at 7:30 and completed the job at 8pm. One day to strip the roof and reroof and rebuilt the chimney enclosure. Outstanding! Clean up was maticulus, special attention taken to make sure they picked up all the loose nails. Happy is not the word for how I feel, I am over the moon on the quality of the job and the level of professional attention paid to detail. I will be using them in the future for other home repair needs that I have. If you need a new roof or other home repairs, this company is the one you need to at least contact for a bid and review. It will be well worth your time and your wallet.
