I was first at the open only wanted the interior cleaned as per their ad for 49.00 plus tax. Then…read moreother people arrived just after me all getting window tint done. Their service was first come first served. I arrived at 955am and noted just interior do not use any type of scents. It was noted staff comes in at 1030am which is fine. Then all the people who were getting window tints done had all their cars pulled into the bay while my car was getting a short simple detail. As i walked past a door to see inside the bay I could see that window tint cars were getting done before me. As I asked what the situation was they noted they are just getting some assessment. I said I can see window tinting being done way before my car. I was first come first serve. So the people who came over 30 mins later were getting service before me so I was not served first or came first I got pushed to the bottom of their priority. After 30 mins someone gets my car and asks just a vaccum? I apporached the csr person to ensure that they also clean the interior wipe down. The response was in about 15 to 20 mins this is now 1135am, the car comes out. I depart and go out the car and the only thing done was the floor mats and the front va cumed. There was no wipe down of the interior, the backseat with was not cleaned and the back trunk are with dog kibble and dirt all the over the back. You could see the dust all in the on the doors and back area. It was not vaccumed or wiped down. The person says to be you didnt want the polishing I said well at least wipe with the damp cloth and the back vaccumed. She apologized for the not complete interior detailing I paid for on her front of the business. She noted the car went back in and I will inspect prior to it leaving. I went back and 100% as per the advertisment and social media communication with the business on Saturday afternoon. This time it was done as per the social media/and front billboard they advertized. This does however not explain that I was first at 10am np waitng to staff got it. My vehicle should of been the first in and out. The second person behind me he was done and out before me and got window tinting done. First if someone is in FIRST and to be served FIRST which was me I was not. But everyone else who had window tinting was put ahead of me I was shoved to the bottom making me feel like that I was not good enough to be treated fairly since I arrived way before everyone else. This was not right how to treat customers. Then my total wait time was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have set a high standard for businesses and just because I paid to just to have my interior done did not make it acceptable to leave my car out there and just ignore that I was there. IF you have a FIRST come FIRST serve policy then my car should of been in at 1030am and out for 1115 the latest. Instead if I had not said nothing i would still be sitting there. As a paying customer whether you pay $50 for a service or $300 for a service it dosent give the right to let people sit there and pushed down just because I didnt pay the for window tinting. If you tell me FIRST COME FIRST SERVE THEN THATS THE RULE since I was first in line before you opened. At least you made it right but peoples time is valuable. And to let me sit there and wait to think I didnt notice. Will not return this service. I did not feel very valued to making the trip from milton getting up early to be the first person. Get the less time job out of the way and you then service those that just decided to wander in after I arrived.

Ahmed gave me a price to do the chairs that was very competitive. He has fabric, or you can bring your own. He doesn't have a ton of fabric to choose from but his selection was absolutely fine for our purposes. He finished the chairs within a week. They look great and are very comfortable to sit on.
